Needed a new transmission and knew I had a warranty for it. The guy at the shop called the warranty people and tried to discuss about getting my transmission replaced. He wasn't successful and the warranty people wanted me to pay them to take the transmission apart and see if there is a problem. My warranty paperwork said that I was fully covered and I wasn't happy that I had to pay a deductible after only having the car for a week after purchasing from a lot. So I declined and decided to take my car back. All of this happened within 3 hours after I dropped my car off that morning. After I told them forget it and that I was just gonna take the car back... They told me that there was gonna be a service fee. The charges were for them... MAKING PHONE CALLS... THEM ANALYZING THE CAR... AND PUTTING THE VEHICLE ON A LIFT... Mind you they didn't need to do any of this because three days prior bought them the car and they said that it was a "no brainer" and that my car definitely needed a transmission. They might do a good job on repairs but at the same time... Their charges are rediculous. Almost 60 dollars they tried to charge me just to test drive my car, make phone calls and do unnecessary crap! Then they tell me fine we'll deduct the taxes and only charge you 45 dollars. Haha whatever!... They just tryna get some money any kind of way. Won't be doing business with them at all ever

Went with no appt. to get car inspected and was in and out. No problems always fast and friendly. Takes times to explain to you if car is not acting right. They dont try to get over on women.

I didn’t get service done here. However, I went there to possibly get work done. They charge $75 just to check out the car, in addition to paying for parts and labor...no deduction from that. I gave 2 stars because the guy was nice.

I've had my vehicle serviced here about 3 different times only due to the fact it is walking distance from my house. This place does not uphold their warranties, quotes you one price then at payment, tries to sneak in additional charges, the mechanics work fast but provide sloppy results. There's always a new problem with my vehicle the next day. The only positive service about this place is state inspection. I will not be returning
