So we had emergency and was on the side of the freeway on our way to work, when our radiator cracked. Highway 72 was the only one out of 3 calls that was able to get us in, and REPLACED our radiator sameday!!! And even sent a tow truck to get us( we didn't have to look for on). The mechanic was prompt,friendly. The gentleman in the office was fair and friendly. We will be using this shop again. We can't tell yall what a blessing yall where. THANK YOU ALL!! The Guffeys!

So I have contemplated this review for awhile. The window regulator went out in my beetle and I took it here to fix. They were nice, and they were quick and I checked it briefly before I paid and left but I didn’t notice until I was home which only took me 10 minutes. When I got home I realized they’d broken my door and the window button and that my door wouldn’t lock anymore and my window immediately fell right back down. I called them back and they acted like they did not care. He said he didn’t have time for me to bring it back today. Even though I’d only been gone for 10 minutes. I’m pretty disappointed and upset. I’ve had to keep the window scotched for the last few months and my interior is completely ruined because the scotch just doesn’t hold since they took everything apart. It held with a scotch prior to that but no longer does. Falls at random times.

Here it is Mothers Day. My daughter is driving a Chevy Envoy and the right front wheel and tire come off and go flying down the road and the back end of the Envoy is sicking out on the busy road of Hwy. 72. Her father and I are an hour out. The great fellow Jeff from Hwy 72 wrecker service and repair came to save the day. No one else would even pick up the phone in this part of town. He even let us take it to Auto Zone so we could fix it in the parking lot. He didn’t make us tow it all the way home for a $400 bill. He did all this for $100 bucks. Nicest guy to encounter in a situation like this. I would recommend him to anyone. Many thanks Jeff. You were a life saver.

I took my charger here for a water pump and they charged me 600 for the first one co u nting labor and tow bill, after that the water pump they put on malfunctioned and I told him I wasn't paying for it because it was there mess up and he still charged me 350 after calling me and telling me it was only gonna be 204 and they also put on a part that didn't even need to be put on and they also charged for using their equipment Jeff only treats his rich customers good not the people that struggle the same way not to mention his son or whoever drives the black honda nearly hit my wife after dropping me off which she had our baby in the back and then proceeded to almost hit me that entire family is snobby and can't do anything right but he's rich so what's it matter to him I won't be going back he's a rip off and def not a good mechanic and hopefully more people can see this and not go to him

Absolutely the best service and the best people! Can't beat the price, service, or the genuine great hospitality. Nobody likes breaking down, but I was blessed to have truck issues near their shop. I was so impressed I scheduled an oil change, tire replacement, and a sensor issue I've been having. I work out of town a lot and this place is halfway from my house to the current job site I'm working on. Even if it wasn't I'd drive the 3 and a half hours from my house, because they are honest and fair in every aspect of business. Can't say enough kind words about this business!

I thought these guys were really good old boys from the country at first. 1st problem, they tried to fix the brakes on my wife's car but ended up disconnecting the A.B.S sensor and charging us 900 for it, took it to the dealership, five minutes to diagnose and fix the leaky break caliper for $150... But today, I realized after I almost lost my own life that they don't really know what they're doing. I had them replace my control arms (upper/lower and my suspension). They didn't torque the nuts, and as a result, I lost the right upper control alarm while driving through the mountains. I lost all steerage, but luckily came to a stop about three feet from the edge of a 50 foot drop off revine. Took my truck to the toyota dealership and found out that all the nuts on all the control arms were snugged on with about 10 lbs of torque (65lbs is the requirement so the nuts dont vibrate off)... and one or the nuts was rounded off with a pair of vice grips. I can't believe I paid them my hard earned money for a bunch of hacks with no mechanical training. My neighbor is good friends with the owner. Says he would never use them for anything serious and now I understand why. Shame on you guys for not knowing your job. Shame on me on me I didn't learn that the first time. Get some training and a torque wrench while you're at it. People's lives are on the line!
