I used to be a customer of this place with the previous owner for years and never had a problem but this place is super over priced it’s ridiculous I’ve taken my business elsewhere and saved a lot of money just thought I’d share this so ppl reading this can do more research at other places and save lots of money also did an experiment sent my gf in with her car they were charging her like $1000 and came up with a whole bunch of reasons why ,she came back I took her car in and it was just a belt replacement and charged me $200 so woman customers be careful it was then i decided for sure to stop being a customer and share this if you like Hilo’s go to the Rancho Cucamonga location that’s the og owner and that place is legit 100%

The service at the desk was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, David, the technician who flushed and replaced my Dodge Dakota's transmission fluid DID NOT torque the 13 bolts that my transmission pan needs to keep the transmission fluid in the transmission. One bolt in particular was not seated and hung halfway out the hole. This makes me question if he even replaced the transmission filter. Finally, I specifically mentioned to both the front desk associates that the Felpro gasket be used when the pan is reinstalled. It was not. My conclusion is that the technician did not have the proper training, tools and technical qualifications to properly service my vehicle. I do not recommend this location for vehicle services.

Wouldn't go here again to save my cars life... I went in to get my upper control arms done on a 2008 audi a4 2.0t. I left my car only to receive a call about a hour and half later saying that he noticed a Crack on both sides of the car at the bracket holding arms... sent me pictures and said it would be 200 per side plus 100 for labor on top of the 310 I was originally quoted... I said fix it... but save my parts... I picked up my car and it still has noise at the ball joints... he said it was fixed noted nothing... spent a 940 with this place and still have a problem... I also took the parts for inspection by a audi technician who said that the part that was cracked was heated up.. He also stated that in his 15 yrs he has never seen a cracked one... they cracked it he said but hard to prove... Also when he called, mechanic stated he had never worked on a A4 only a A6 that was a red 🚩for me. He also stated he didn't use heat that statement was unsolicited... that told me he did something wrong... and decided he would charge me for it... Sako is not a honest guy.....

After going here 10+ years. Last time I came in. The staff was not much help. Showed zero interest in helping me fix a small issue on my car, was unable to offer a repair quote. Seemed completely clueless on how to locate replacement parts. Will not be returning back.

I almost hate to share, and want to keep the secret to myself. This shop is a jewel. Honest. VERY fair prices, and they work on all sorts of vehicles and problems. Old Jeep head gasket replaced as well as every last drip from the vehicle repaired in two hours...I have been shifting more of my repair and maintenance to them.

Best auto shop around. been their customer over 10 years. New owner Sarkis Kyupelyan former Midas manager mechanic at Monrovia and Pasadena. He also really knows his business and your cars needs. fair prices. honest work, let's you watch. I would not go to any other shop. Hilo has his new shop over in Fontana. See his shop for those living over there. The new owners is as good as Hilo. both shops are awesome places to go.
