Horrible customer service they take advantage of young customers that doesn't nothing about mechanic plus they are full of bs...they charge alot and not even honest with their work!! They did some work on a car they not even hand out a receipt for them. So DISAPPOINTED at this bunch skunks. Please be careful they are not honest and they don't fix your car right they fixed to a point that you have to bring it back so they can charge you more and more freaking skunk bags. Ima sue them!!!!

This guys repair a 2000 Lexus car on March 22 2018 the repair was $500.00 they did not give a receipt to the customer that where my siblings the girl is 9 months pregnant ready to have her baby in 3 weeks they had no kind morals rip them off the car broke down in 2 days they said they charge them 40.00 to get tow their car less than 3 miles they goin to charge them again to fix the car they repair 🤨😒 how is it that the people that rate them worked there they rate their own shop I’m calling consumer affairs so they don’t ripped off more people. This place is really a dissapointed to this community don’t bring your car here at your own risk 👎

Extremely friendly, fast and won't upsell. First experience they fixed a flat tire in 20 minutes flat and charged me $15. Second experience, they looked at all the issues I had with my car and fixed only what needed to be fixed, clearly explained what they did and why, and reassured me on other issues that there is no problem and why, then charged me far less than I expected. Both times I was treated like a long time customer and a friend of the shop even though I'm new - this is how you treat customers!

Can’t thank this place enough . I would bring my Honda in for tire changes etc . Really nice environment, great prices . Just called to see if they have a Lexus tire , they are able to order it as well , life savers ! I needed two tires repaired due to nail holes. They offered a possible replacement of all 4 tires which I was afraid of. When I politely refused they agreed to fix the tires which they did in short order. At the end he suggested I come back later on and we can replace two tires at a time to help with costs. I will be back.

I had a flat tire on my Volvo c40. This is the closest place to my house so I said what the hell let’s give it a shot. The vibe was very chill and the brothers working there seemed like they had a pretty good time of it. They had some cool decorations and furnishings, and pretty awesome paintings. They made it a little oasis on Fair Oaks. They weren’t able to fix my tire but it wasn’t their fault- they were still pretty chill about everything and charged me $10 for removing the tire and putting it back. That sounded fair to me. They make good font choices and the colors are fun and pleasing. And they had cool Christmas decorations.
