On Friday, August 09, 2024, I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Hassan (A.K.A LIMA) from M&M Action Towing & Roadside (A.K.A. ACTION TOWING) Early this morning, I attempted to start my vehicle, only to discover that the battery had given out. I had service this morning at 7:15 am , a (Tow from Alhambra to La Puente) . I feel bad that I can’t remembering who my flatbed driver was and he deserves 5 Stars for his professional service . From the way he showed up sooner then expected, his A+ ability to maneuver my car on a narrow fully parked both sides of the street still leaving space for cars to pass comfortably to his exceptional driving (I’m not good in a passenger seat) and never say someone else’s driving is exceptional, his was to the placement of my car . I’m sorry I can’t remember this Gentleman’s name since he deserves to have people know it was him who gave me what I would easily call A+ “White Glove Service” ,Thank You for the special care taken with the only thing I call Baby… my Car….

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Triple A called this companies - Towing Service which is owned by the same company above (MM Action Automotive) There Towing Service is Called M & M Action Towing -to pick up my car, and the driver couldn’t get the battery started, then he told me that my car could still be towed. But he told me that he was going to call for a smaller truck. I get a call from a lady in the office and she said that Triple A said to NOT TO TOW my car without me being present. (DENIED by Triple A) I spoke to Triple A and they said I just needed to show my car registration and insurance in order for them to tow my car. Which the driver NEVER asked for. The driver just left, and then this company that did NOT TOW my car or jump my battery-still tried to charge my account with Triple A for NO SERVICE that was provided to me. I spoke with Triple A and that will not be on my account. I will informed Triple A NOT to ever have this company dispatched out to me to provide a service! This Company Owns- M&M Action Towing on 1312 Fair Oaks Ave- same Phone #-Terrible Towing Company Service. The woman in the office LIED on Triple A.
