Needed a repair after collission. They told us that they were too busy to give an estimate even though the lobby was completely empty and no customers. Their excuse was that it is snowing outside. And that is at the end of April!

Horrible service. Took a week longer than quoted. Did not completely fix my truck and actually broke and lost addotional parts. Woupd give 0 stars if possibpe. When confronted about broken amd missing peoces i was told thats not their problem. Very rude

Called the day before right before closing and made an appointment to come buy a truck. I told them that I was an hour away and they assured me they would call me before if someone bought the truck before I left. I take off work drive there pull in see the truck and I’m ready to buy it and am told that they just sold it. No apologies nothing what a joke. Needless to say I’m not recommending this dealership for lack of professionalism.

I would highly recommend the Hines Park Ford Collision shop to anyone. We had brought in a 2005 Freestar damaged by hail. John Kushner did a fantastic job in working with our insurance agent and making the repairs to our complete satisfaction even though this was an older model vehicle. After the vehicle was returned to us, John followed up on an additional item that needed repair from the original damage and was able to quickly fit us in for a final repair. We were impressed with John's attention to this detail. Later, we had an affected cladding part that became loose, again John fitted us into his work schedule and made this repair. We are completely satisfied with the quality of work at their facility. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even washing the vehicle and bringing it to the front door for me when finished.

This place seems confused on how to operate a business. Went for an estimate for a relatively easy fix for some body molding on my F150. Michael, the estimator, should not be in customer service. Blew me off and basically told me to deal with it, they have too many cars to fix, and wont get to me at any point in time. He emailed me the estimate that day anyhow, to which I replied I would like to get the job done and when can I schedule as I was not in a rush, and my emails and call were not returned. Went to Jack Demmer instead and was taken care of quickly and with a smile.

Walked in looking for a retail estimate. The parking lot was empty. I walked in, nobody greeted me, and I was wandering around aimlessly. Finally saw a man in the back office sitting at his desk looking at a computer. I said, "Hello?" He replied with, "Be right there." I was fine. Sat down, and he came out and I told him I'm looking for an estimate. Immediately acting like I was interrupting him and an inconvenience. We walked out to my car to look at it, and the tone he took with me was so condescending. I am a competent adult. I just spoke with my insurance prior to coming here and was told to get an estimate and have it sent over. He's telling me something completely different, and the entire time of this conversation his body language is telling me that he wants to go back inside and he doesn't want to keep having this conversation with me. I was confused and kept asking questions, and his tone tells me that this is an inconvenience. At this point, he's talking to me like I'm an idiot. So entitled and rude, but what do you expect from a middle-aged white man. I never got his name, but he's balding and has a beer belly. Don't go here. Do you even want customers? What a joke.

Had a great experience. The staff in the office was very friendly. They were clear up front about the process and how long it would take to order parts. I received regular updates regarding the status of my car. Drop off and pick up was easy. They did good work and my car was clean when done.
