Have been using this facility for over five years. Lately, absolutely no soap. Also tried calling the number several times and can never get through. Owners, take notice that you will be losing another customer and will not recommend this facility to anyone else. Would not even give it one star but Yelp will not let me post with zero.

NOTE! They pre-authorize your credit card for $10, but charge you only for what you use.Great wash, ignore the reviews that say they were overcharged, they most likely were just pre-authorized. Customer service is good, she called me back and explained this. Will go here again for our tall camper van as Boulder has no washes tall enough for me.

I was able to wash my car off for less than auto washes but you have to watch what's in the bay. Someone had cleaned off their vehicle that must have been covered in grass or hay and it ended up getting sprayed onto my vehicle when I washed. Grass/hay was all over my car afterward.

Do not use a credit card here! The credit card machine is faulty and will charge you $20 even if you only spend $4. The little green button that they say to press when done must not have been working or something this day, and when I call the number online to discuss the issue, there is not answer and no hope that they will return my voicemail.

Glad it was open, water is heated. Make sure you can remove the sprayers from the holders first sometimes they’re frozen inside. Port I was using was out of soap but I really just needed a rinse so all good. Make sure you hit the green button under the credit card reader when you’re done or it’ll keep charging.

I experienced the same rip off as another patron who reviewed this place..i stopped wash at $4 and my card was charged $10?? Hello what is this? They ..car wash...do not mention any kind of "minimum" charge i will be disputing this for sure! No soap...and lackluster water pressure!! I should have gone to my usual place The Camelot wash!!... Way better place!!! I should have read reviews first before going here..the only thing clean is my bank account 10 for 4. Rip off!!!

Great wash facility; easy to use coin-op or credit card terminal in each bay. Wash hose is held high over your vehicle on a spring loaded arm and is big enough for any large truck. Not very expensive compared to washes in other parts of Golden. My new place to wash!

A Windex bottle has more chemicals than the wash bays. No foam, no soap, nothing. Feels like the chemicals haven't been filled in a year. If you want to have your car at any level of clean, look elsewhere.

It’s unfortunate that zero star reviews are not an option. This car wash is a complete waste of money and should not be labeled a car wash. You’d be better off saving your money and waiting for the next rain storm. The soap is nonexistent and the water pressure is just about the same. This location should be re-named “wet your car here.“

I usually wash my RV with a hotsy, which is a power washer that uses hot water. This appears to make a significant difference as this truck wash's cold water just didn't do as good of a job, despite all of our scrubbing, soap and repeated passes with a power washer.

Stopped here a few times lately. The soap is non-existent, and the vacuum was unusable. Not sure what's going on, but I can't work with that. The big bays are still nice, but without soap and working vacuums it's not really functional. Hopefully some changes can be made. I love the big bays here. The place is clean and mostly functional. Some of the low pressure selections seem to have minimal soap concentrations. The spray pattern on the tire cleaner seemed clogged and sprayed sideways. The cost is average or slightly above for the wash. I spent $28 to wash my truck. The vacuum was $1 which is cool.
