This is the condition of my repair. I asked them to correct it before I left the shop. I was told it was due to after market parts. After market parts do not mean damaged parts that don’t fit. The hood popped up while I was driving after I was told “no it’s fine we’ll get new hood parts” and I was told to drive it. I am traumatized. To answer their reply - I had to reach out on 3 social media apps and this review to get a response. It went to their regional manager and has taken an additional month to fix. I was given a lecture about how any financial compensation would be illegal. I've been treated like a child. I will NEVER set foot in a Caliber again after I get my car back. Another person in my life also had a hood pop up after going to Caliber. Do not use them, safety is clearly not a priority unless you blow them up on social media.... gross.

Great experience. The staff member we worked with was Brodie. Our vehicle was involved in A hit and run, so having to take my Wife's vehicle here turned out to be refreshing considering the circumstances. From the Ladies in reception to working with Brodie the process was quick, thorough and welcoming. Our vehicle was actually finished two days earlier then the estimate we were given. A bit overdue for this review but just wanted to shoutout the great work the crew here did. I got Tboned by a distracted driver late September, and got my car back early December. Most of this time was waiting for the body parts to come in from Hyundai, but Kevin was amazing in constantly reaching out and keeping me updated on which repair stage they were at. I was even offered to tour the facility and see my car midway through. The repair was even better than I expected. From the paint matching to the welding, you really can’t tell the car was in an accident. The only complaints I have is that the trunk has a bit of a gap from the body now, and that the new paint isn’t as reflective as the rest of the body, but only I would ever notice that. The car was returned with a fresh detail and it seems they took great care to not scratch the paint by hand washing it, as far as I can tell. Overall super happy and I will go on with my life pretending the accident never happened.
