Had an intermittent electrical issue on my 4runner that two other shops failed to diagnose. Japanese Auto Service was able to duplicate the issue and performed the repair on the wire harness in the same day. Great service and knowledgeable group of technicians.

I have been a customer at Japanese Auto for many years. As always they worked with me to schedule my car so it was convenient. From dropping my car off to picking it up after being repaired the staff made it easy. They communicated well the issue, were available to answer my questions and let me know a time estimate. From the excellent work to the genuine friendliness of the staff I highly recommend this shop.

I recently had the transmission fluid changed in my 2021 Toyota Tundra. I plan to keep this truck for many more years, so the scheduled maintenance is important. Matt checked me in and kept me updated while I waited in their comfortable customer waiting area. The service was quick and the price was good. I highly recommend Japanese Auto Service for trust worthy service on your Japanese brand vehicle.

I found Japanese Auto Service because the owner saw my Slee hat and asked me about my vehicle and how I knew Slee. I was having issues with my brake system and I was looking for a trusted shop. Not only did I find a trusted shop, but they are also very conveniently located for me. The team there has been nothing but helpful, kind and courteous. They communicate clearly and have always finished on time and on budget. A big shout out to "Doc" and his team for taking great care of me and being very fair in regards to pricing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality work on their Japanese Automobile.

I've now taken my RAV4 here twice and have really appreciated the friendly service both times! They take the time to thoroughly explain what's going on, give you a run down on costs, and don't push unnecessary services.

Japanese Auto Service has been my go-to auto service center for my 2018 Toyota Tundra for over 20,000 miles now. Their work is very good, their pricing is very fair and I completely trust them with my truck. Ross, Doc & Matt run a great team of knowledgeable technicians all housed in an impressive facility that is conveniently located. In addition to their stellar work, their customer service is top notch with a well appointed and comfortable waiting room, abundant coffee and water as well as treats for your pup. If you are looking for a new service shop for your Japanese vehicle, look no further than Japanese Auto Service!

These folks are fantastic. Fair, clear, honest, and helpful. My son had control arms/ball joints installed incorrectly in his Tacoma and we were going round and round with the people that did that... Threw in the towel and went to Japanese Auto Service for the correct fix. We'll never take it anywhere else now.

Scammer alert!! Seriously, who seems more credible? To check the transmission fluid, they asked for $200 They have no record of me because I never took my car there. I called and described my problem. They wanted $350 to diagnose the slipping transmission. I asked, "How much to check the fluid level?" They responded, "$200" I later learned that the fluid level was low. Topping it off resolved the issue It is difficult to check on this particular model of Honda. There is no dipstick. However, the dealer changed the transmission fluid for $53.15 in labor. That includes checking the fluid level after refilling the transmission. I included a section of the dealer's receipt. Feel free to contact me for a copy of the entire receipt if you want to verify the authenticity I was shopping for a new mechanic because the car is getting older. I owned it since new and it's time find a less expensive mechanic. These guy's are not it!

The best mechanic we have ever worked with. We had 2 prized Mazdas and 2 Lexus vehicles and now a used Acura MDX. Matt is a whiz at customer service and is very knowledgeable. The quality of work and parts and advice they provide is worth the time and money that you invest in your vehicles.

There was a mix up in my appointment and Doc/his team took care of it right away. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt taken care of and that my car got the service it needed. It definitely made me a life time customer by how well they handled the small mix up.

Japanese Auto Service is a top notch shop. When our Land Cruiser had a cracked radiator they fit us in quickly and got us back on the road with a high quality repair. Their communication throughout was terrific, so I knew how it was progressing and what other services were recommended to keep our vehicle running great. Highly recommended.

I just had my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair for an oil change and an upper SPC ball joint replacement because I have a lift on my four runner and Matt and Ross were very thorough in walking me through everything and made me feel very comfortable with the decisions I had to make. Definitely will be back

DON’T GO DEALERSHIP My outback is becoming geriatric, and I was very happy with the level of detail diagnosing problems, providing photos, and recommending reasonable solutions. They took a real solid look into the vehicle holistically, and found the proper issues compared to the dealership who don’t bother looking and don’t know what they’re doing. Will only be going here from now on. Better service for better price.

I had an amazing experience with their team today. There was a stripped bolt in my steering wheel that was stopping me from doing repairs that needed done urgently. Other shops I went to were unable to take care of it until next week, but Doc immediately took the time to look at the problem and got the bolt out right there in the parking lot. Words can’t describe how relieved I was, that bolt was the absolute worst. Every single staff member I spoke with while I was there was super knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back with any other issues that I have.

Took my 92 Toyota in for an inspection and service was great. They were thorough and went in depth on what repairs are needed. They were honest about which repairs are urgent and which ones can wait. Mainly dealt with Matt and he was great. Answered all my questions and never once got annoyed or rushed me to make a decision. 10/10 recommend.

Had a great experience with Japanese Auto Service. My daughter was in town for a couple weeks with and older model Tacoma (2001, 200K miles). Took it to Japanese Auto Service for an assessment to see what shape the car was in. They did a great job prioritizing repairs, suggesting repairs for the most critical items, and noting items that can be delayed. Went with doing steering and suspension repairs for safety reasons. They completed the repairs promptly, will return for future repairs.

Our kids love Japanese Auto Service for their Subaru. On their advice, we took our RAV4 Hybrid into them for a service. Japanese Auto Service is top notch. They recommended issues to be fixed and let us know what could wait. Their repair documentation was awesome and include lots of pictures of affected/serviced areas. Their prices were reasonable, especially for everything that was done and checked on our car. They are now our go to service center.
