Absolute ripoff artists. They assume your car insurance is going to pay for the repair. In other words they bill for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Wait, you have to take off the bumper to repair a scratch? Now you have to charge $600 to recalibrate the rear sensor because you had to take the bumper off? Companies like Caliber are the reason car insurance is though the roof. We all pay for this.

I worked with Marco. He was very informative about updating me on my car and the progress. Very professional, if there was any delay or ahead of schedule he would relay the information. he was on target for when the car would be finished. Very pleased with my experience They also matched the paint correctly. I’ve been to another body years ago for a hail storm and they could not match the paint, even after three tries

Caleb and the body shop repair team did an excellent job fixing my car after being rear-ended. From the time I made the appointment for the estimate to picking up my car earlier than expected it was a seamless experience. They did a great job submitting and getting approval from insurance for me. The ladies at the front desk handled all the paperwork for the repair and even called Enterprise Car Rental to have them pick me up for my car rental. My car looks like it never had any damage at all! I highly recommend Caliber Collision on North Robb Street!

Caliber on Robb Street had my car for 3 weeks. I worked with Taylor and Joe. They did not give me an estimate for a portion of the work I wanted done till the 21st day. They replaced my bumper and left a wire disconnected. They did work that I had to pay for out of pocket without an estimate. They never offered to pay for the extra time that I had my rental car. This was due to delays that they admitted were their fault. They said that the shop tried to sand my bumper which had a clear bra. I give them a 2 vs 1 because what they did fix looks nice. My family had used this location when it was Hank's Auto Body for years. We always had a positive experience with Hank's. Caliber is a different story. They seem underpaid and, thus understaffed. I do not recommend Caliber Collision. The first photo is the wire that goes to the brake light on my truck shell. It has not worked since Caliber replaced my bumper for $2100 out of pocket. The second photo is the work that was not complete. My left rear door always shows ajar and the window does not roll down. Caliber had my truck 21 days before I had an estimate for this work. Taylor acknowledged this at drop off, I told him about over the phone twice. Joe called about different "miscommunication" for my, out of pocket, incomplete $2100 bumper work, and he was aware of the door issue as well. Joe Lamont

So had a situation that was not for seen. And honestly I went to the most exceptional place to get my vehicle fixed. Ben, Kim, and Alicia were very sweet and very professional. I enjoyed the experience and process choosing them to fix my vehicle. I would recommend to anyone need repairs. They went above and beyond my expectations. And it was a pleasure to be a customer. I was always informed of my vehicle process, and even they got my vehicle done faster then expected. If I ever need repairs again I would definitely make sure they are who I call.

He was friendly and courteous, communicated every status update as our vehicle progressed through the repair, and made the overall experience super easy for me. The car looks better than before, and I was also very pleased to see the light detail job on the interior – an extra step that goes the extra mile toward full customer satisfaction. The front desk workers were very friendly and welcoming and helped get the office visit off to a great start. Caliber Collision on Robb Street was the best. Caliber kept me informed about my repair. It turns out that I will need to take it back for additional work. I've used them several times in the past and I never had to take it back for touch-ups until now. I use to think of never taking my cars anywhere else. Something has changed, they just are not as customer service oriented as they used to be.The office staff is friendly and helpful. But they aren't the ones working on the cars or responsible for callbacks.
