They did an engine diagnostic and said my turbo and actuator needed to be replaced. They Changed turbo and actuator but didn't fix the check engine light. Tried to charge me an extra $1500 to change a nox sensor. Was pretty disappointed after reading all the great reviews this place had.

The two guys here were absolutely so friendly and helpful. I told them we were out of town and having a fuel filter issue and they took time to see if it was a quick fix, and when it wasn’t they got me in right away so we could get back on the road to beat the storm out of town. If I lived here they would be getting all my business.

Really enjoyed talking to the guy who worked on my van, but he was not thorough with replacing my fuel filter. They replaced it about a month ago and changed the oil, $350, not bad. But now i’m looking at $1000 repair cost for the fuel filter and connecting components leaking terribly because of negligence on the part of the Saracino crew. Very disappointing and costly.

Very poor communication with the customer. Brought my truck in on a Sunday evening for them to do a diagnostic . Called them first thing on Monday morning to explain what symptoms the truck had and was told that it would be done by that afternoon and they would call with the results. No call from them so I called 5 minutes before closing time and they told me that they hadn’t got to it. They said it would be first thing the following morning. No call by the afternoon so I called again and they said that they could not do the diagnostic because of a road closure and they would do it the following morning. I did finally get a call from them at 2:30 explaining what they had found. I asked if they could check one more item on Wednesday and they said sure and would call me back later that day. I didn’t receive a call back on Thursday or Friday so I called and they said that they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Monday. I told them no thanks and asked what I owed and it was much more than I was originally quoted.

Stay away from these people they scammed me out of 2500 dollars took my truck in to fix a coolant leak issue they said they had fixed it but the truck kept leaking coolant… as soon as I picked it up the coolant bottle was already empty then they said the system maybe burped… took it to them the next day and showed them the truck coolant bottle is still empty…. Then after weeks of trying to take it in to them they made a appointment with me to take it back to them….. took it in to them promised me they would look at it and fix the issue and I called later in the day and the guy said he doesnt know when he will be able to get to it them knowing I use this truck for business use and them promising they would look at it that day and see what is going wrong with it…. But nope very rude guys gave them my money and once they had it they could care less…. Stay away from this shop very disappointing how people could be like this.

First day of vacation, hauling a 31 foot 5th wheel to the Western Slope near GJ my truck turbo fails at the tunnel, stuck in limp mode into Dillion. Can’t get anyone in Dillion to even look at it for 3 weeks. Towed the truck back to Wheatridge leaving my wife and RV in Dillion.
