Bachman Auto Repair is the best. Had extensive work to be done as just turned over 100k and I knew my serpentine belt was ready to go. The staff continually contacted me as they dove into the repairs and the estimate was spot on. My 2007 RAV4 is in excellent condition once again. I highly recommend them, I’ve been elsewhere with my 18 year old car and this was the best service yet. It is rotary for its next 100k miles.

Bachman auto was great! Starts with an easy online booking experience. Their communication (text/email) was excellent with a detailed explanations and pricing before the work starts and then messages again when complete. Also loved the optional estimates on other work that my car needed. I feel the prices are fair and works is excellent. We will definitely use Bachman again.

Brought in my 76 Ford Bronco with serious issues on the aftermarket EFI. Cliff and the team worked through all the issues and it is now running like a beast. They always kept me up to date on the progress and the cost. Great team, great mechanics and honest. Thanks!! UPDATE 4/2/2020: Installed new suspension and fixed oil leak in Bronco. Running awesome and loving Bachman Auto, again. They originally thought the the oil leak was the rear main gasket. After getting it on the lift and checking it out, they realized that it was simply the valve cover gasket, saving me serious money. AWESOME HONEST SHOP for your car. Update 8/25: Cliff ad team fixed my EFI issues, changed plugs and fixed a brake light issue on The Bronco. As always, great work at a fair price. Great people doing great work.

The guys at Bachman has once again kept the high standard as to how a business should operate and treat its customer. I had a concern with my old 4Runner. They had me drop off the vehicle right away, assessed the situation, sent me notes of various issues in rank order of concern and called me to talk things over and explain what they were seeing. Took my 20year old 200K plus mileage Mazda MPV initially to fix a broken taillight/turn signal. Had been told by other shops the car is so old parts are not available. Somehow Bachman found and repaired it quickly! BUT I also had concerns with how rickety it felt when I drove it… had bought another car but kept this as backup (we are seniors with health issues) this was quickly needed by a family member. Bachman treated it as if THEIR family was driving it. I am so glad they thoroughly examined, replaced faulty components (seemingly no issue with unavailable parts) and it drives smooth, and SAFE! Couldn’t believe it! They were all uncommonly gracious understanding our scheduling situation. All auto repair is costly. This was worth every bit of it. Feeling safe!!! Treated respectfully! Good team there!

I brought my vehicle in for a brake issue and was quoted over $3,000 in repairs. When I simply asked what I was being charged for, the staff were rude and dismissive, and it took three different employees just to give me an answer—which ended up being things like shop rags and towels. The whole interaction felt defensive and unprofessional. What’s worse is their inability (or unwillingness) to diagnose the real problem. I didn’t feel good about the quote, so I took my car to another shop. They immediately found that the master cylinder sensor wasn’t even plugged in, which is why this shop’s scanner was showing a zero reading. The other mechanic plugged in the sensor, ran a proper ABS bleed, and everything worked perfectly—no $3,000+ repair needed. Instead of fixing the problem, this place seemed more focused on selling an expensive job I didn’t need. I still ended up paying them for “diagnostics” and parts, but thanks to the other shop, I saved over $3,000. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with my car or my money.

I recently brought my truck to Bachman for a second opinion on a costly repair recommended by another nearby shop. After diagnosing my vehicle they confirmed that the additional repair was not needed and that the part in question was still in good working order. Certainly appreciate the honest assessment, and safe to say that I'll be bringing my truck back to Bachman for future service needs.

We're new to the state, at the recommendation of a friend, I took my perfectly running 22yr. old car, that started dripping oil slightly, to Bachman Auto Service, to check that, they recommended dropping it off for a checkup, some hours later I was provided a 3+ pages report, that listed $8000+ cost to stop the oil leak and $12000 to correct what they think needed to be addressed. The kicker....I was handed a $214+ bill for doing this checkup. REALLY!!!??? Talk about being taken for a ride! Definitely avoid this business for anything other than oil change, if even that.
