Went in to get a transmission oil change on my AWD KIA also got a complementary inspection on the whole vehicle and in less than 2 hrs my car was returned. The only thing the didnt do was give me the free complementary carwash as they always have done. Other than that i walked out satisfied and was ready to get back on the road. They also have some coffee, snacks and some Telemundo playing on the TV in the waiting area.

I have bought and serviced my last two vehicles here and never had a problem. These last couple of times in the service center have been so disorganized and poorly done that I am done. The changes they've made here are not positive new ones. Save yourself the hassle, and take care of your vehicle elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with the service on my Kia Optima. I came in for a part recall and brake light install and was told my car was ready for pick-up. However, when I checked the form, it said the parts had only been ordered and not installed. I was extremely disappointed, especially after driving 40 minutes to get there. To make matters worse, the service manager I spoke with had an attitude. When I mentioned that my brake lights were not assembled properly, he immediately assumed it was due to an accident I had, rather than acknowledging the mistake made during the assembly. The only positive part of the experience was Nick, the technician at Kia, who helped fix the brake lights correctly. Thanks to him, I’m giving one star—otherwise, this experience was frustrating and very disappointing as a customer.

Went in for a routine oil change and was told an estimated wait time was 1.5 hours. After 1.5 hours my car hadn’t been touched. I was waiting at the dealership. I go check in and they said they had pushed my completion time back 4 hours. They never communicated this to me. I’m totally fine with a service needing to take more time, but the lack of communication was completely unprofessional and didn’t give me an opportunity to make other arrangements. I had to leave without my service done. Staff were not kind or apologetic.
