These folks are awesome. They told me straight up about the pros and cons of my dilemma and were super helpful in brainstorming a tough decision. A few days later: After buying the used truck Wesley's inspected (Wesley's helped me barter the dealer price down $4500), they performed the important repairs they said were needed for under $2500. So basically they helped me save $2000 and this truck now drives like a dream. This is my new auto shop. Oh and they're super nice too :)

came in with very low brake pedal ask them to do a pressure bleed, mechanic checked all my wheel cylinders master cylinder. Everything was good mechanic got inside my truck stomped on the brake extremely hard three or four times never blood out my brake system left me leaving with no brakes had to pump brakes all the way back to California in order to stop when the mechanic stomped on the brakes 3 to 4 times really hard and quick it blew out all the seals in all four wheels and my master cylinder. Wesley automotive will not stand behind their mechanics. They cost me $1600

I found Wesley autos back in 2022 and since then they rebuilt my 1984 Ford 350 Econoline van's engine, replaced the rebrakes and drums, replaced my steering gearbox and was there to replace my tire and bumper after someone crashed into them. I had been using Denver Quality Auto before that was a big mistake, I trust no one but Wesley Autos for my vehicles needs. Thank you Wesley for your great work! Lance

They took excellent care of my vehicle at a fair price and in a short amount of time. Unlike other shops that pile on extra work and leave you with a huge bill, they are upfront and honest. They explain what they recommend, give you the option to choose what you’d like them to work on, and provide clear pricing so you know exactly what you’re paying for. The staff was friendly and even fit me in on short notice. I highly recommend them 100%—this shop is now my vehicle’s new home!

I was seeking a reliable local mechanic as an alternative to the dealership for my truck’s maintenance and repairs. Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I will not be returning to Wesley Automotive. While there were a few positive aspects, the overall experience was disappointing due to several concerns. Services Requested: • 100,000-mile check-up • Evaluation of potential transmission issues • Wheel bearing inspection Pros: • Casey demonstrated excellent customer service, actively listening to my concerns and providing clear communication throughout. • I was given a realistic timeline for when my vehicle would be ready. • I appreciated the ability to approve or decline recommended services. • Initial pricing was significantly higher than the dealership, but adjustments were made after I provided a comparative quote. Cons: • The overall cost was nearly double that of the dealership for identical parts and services. o For example, spark plug replacement was quoted at $625, compared to $325 at the dealership. • During a phone call regarding the wheel bearing issue, the owner spoke to me in a condescending manner. He stated that the transmission issue could not be replicated and that a transmission flush would not be beneficial—despite it being previously quoted as a potential solution. • The owner also expressed that had he known I would not proceed with the wheel bearing replacement, he would not have performed any of the other services. This comment felt dismissive and unprofessional. I genuinely hoped to establish a relationship with a trustworthy local mechanic. However, due to the significantly inflated pricing and the tone of communication from the owner, I will be seeking service elsewhere.

This was my first time dealing with these guys. I had a last minute issue just a couple of hours before they were closing and had a full schedule. They saw i was in a bad situation and went out of their way to fit me in. They couldn't have been any nicer and more accommodating. They went above and beyond with the repairs they did as well, doing extra work while keeping it affordable for me. So very grateful for these guys. All of my car repair business goes to these guys from now on.

Wes and the crew are always on-point, personable, and service-oriented. They do quality work and back it up with their actions. I had a noise after a repair the next day. Wes rode with me to verify the noise, knew what it was and had it fixed and back on the road within 30 minutes. Their communication and friendliness is on-point as well. Though I don’t like it when my car breaks down, I always enjoy the interaction with their customer service reps. They’re knowledgeable, personable, and fun! They’ve definitely earned my business and I highly recommended them as the neighborhood auto mechanic!

Pains me to leave a poor review of an independent shop who obviously has a loyal customer base, but unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. Made an appointment to have my oil changed- a quite simple procedure. I was told that if I had the car to them before 9AM, it would likely be done by lunch. I dropped the car off promptly at 8:30. While I was in no hurry, an update or alike would have been nice, as I called at 4:30 and was told they had just gotten to it. Fine, I wasn’t in a hurry. When I went to pick up the car, several of my requests (reset the service light, check a couple things, etc) had not been done, despite having gone over them when dropping the car off. Mind you, they had my car for a full 9 hours. After getting scoffs and eye rolls from the mechanic, he reluctantly agreed to finish up the few things they had missed (despite informing me several times that I was keeping them there past closing time, which should never have happened if the job had been done correctly). When I finally received the car, I was met with the mechanic slamming my door, riding my clutch like he had never driven a manual, and then he had the audacity to sit on my hood while talking to another customer. After getting in my car, did I realize the tan interior was covered in grease marks, including the dash, door panel, several buttons, and carpet. (Which I spent the rest of the day scrubbing out) All of my settings had been altered as well. While not a big deal, the blatant disregard for the respect of another person’s vehicle, the flippant attitude when requesting the job be done properly, and the mistreatment of said vehicle while I was present, has me rather frustrated and in no position to return to this shop for any further work. If they can’t get a simple scheduled oil change done in a timely manner, properly and seamlessly, I wouldn’t trust them with anything further. I understand it is an unpredictable business, and things come up, but some care and respect would have been appreciated. And if you can’t get everything done, don’t act upset when your customer questions why. Also, don’t mistreat a customer’s car while they’re watching, it’s just not a good look. For the money I pay, I expect both myself and my vehicle to be treated decently- neither of which happened unfortunately.

Wesley's team took great care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I Was leaving for an out of town meeting, so left my Jeep all week. The issue I had was quickly diagnosed, and an estimate was send over which was extremely fair vs estimates and invoices i found online researching the potential costs. I was able to pay over the phone and picked up my jeep on the weekend. One of their mechanics who i talked with was a former Mopar dealership mechanic, so definitely someone who knows what he is doing
