I had a thin coating of dirt on my car that a touch-less car wash was not able to clean off. I had a coupon for a regular car wash here. Brought it in to get it washed. Made my car look brand new.

1st time going here and the wash was terrible. After I went through the whole back of my SUV was still covered in soap. The spray did not even go to the back of the vehicle. After talking to others that have been there I was told they had the same issue. Will not be back.

Went in for my commercial inspection stickah and was very pleased with the prompt service. Most places I have to try and schedule it but here I was taken right in. Why can't they all be this easy to deal with. I highly recommend this place for your mass inspection sticker!

We buy the 5 car wash book to get one free. Many levels of service are available. They hand spray first really well. Automatic sprayers always include underbody wash. Drive entrance up on hill just before Big Y in Holden on left driving West out of town. This is not a touchless wash. The soft pads with lots of water conform to your car shape setting then powerful dryers to finish.

Great carwash! I go to a lot of car washes with my Ford Super Duty and this one does a good job compared to some others. I often times will have to go back around for a second pass if I am unsatisfied with the results and at Holden Car Wash I only had to go through the one time. The staff did a good job with the pre-wash, cleaning the grill tailgate and wheels. I always recommend giving the attendant/s a few extra bucks as a tip and in most cases they go above and beyond to get your vehicle clean. Overall I would highly recommend this car wash.

Just OK. Machine wash fails to get many area especially bottom of rear hatch. If attendants don't pre-brush effectively you come out with unwashed spots.

I was very loyal to this car wash until recently. I no longer use Holden Car Wash. I suggest that anyone that has a newer vehicle that they care about, take their business elsewhere for a better quality wash. Up until this past spring, I was happy with the service here. My only complaint being that sometimes I would exit the car wash and my rear windshield wiper blade was unhooked, and I had to park my wet car and take about a minute to fix it. This spring, one of the employees hit the rear windshield/window washer fluid nozzle with the big brush they use to soap up the car. This caused the plastic part to pop out of its hole. The loud pop that I heard from inside the vehicle was enough to piss me off, not knowing what happened. I will admit that one of the attendants appeared to try to fix it, but didn't pop it back into place. I popped the plastic piece back into place after going through the car wash. Irritated that there was now water and soap inside the back hatch body panel. I notified the attendants working there, they didn't seem to care. I believe in second chances. People make mistakes. A month later, after using the car wash several timers without a problem, the same thing happened. This time, none of the attendants attempted to correct the problem before my car went through the car wash. I shrugged it off and put the piece back in place. I guess I was in s good mood that day. I continued to use the Holden Car Wash on a regular basis, no problems. Fast forward to this October. I gave the attendants $2 to split as a tip (between the two of them) on top of the $9 I pay for the car wash. Same thing happens with the rear windshield washer fluid nozzle. At this point I am PISSED! I go talk to the employees and ask them to be more careful because this is the third time they did this to my vehicle. I know what it's like to deal with upset customers, so I try not to be too harsh or aggressive. In addition, my car also had a large amount of soap sitting on the roof and the front windshield. They blamed this on the machines. I was not offered a reimbursement or a rewash. A few days later, I heard a small noise from the rear of my vehicle. Maybe a rock hit the bumper? I get home and realize the nozzle that they repeatedly popped out of place, is now missing. Probably popped out on the highway. This means they broke the clip holding it in place so then it popped out while I was driving. I am very disappointed with some of the staff at this car wash. Second chance and they blew it. I gave them three strikes and now I'm not a customer. All they have to do is be more careful cleaning the cars with the brush. It's not hard.

Usually a fan but not today..my bad for not going back. Worst wash ever 2 kids barely brushed off vehicle got the total package car was still dirty when i stopped at the plaza next door something was " off" about it while going through again my bad but super disappointed today

They were having a special so the platinum package was only $3 more than the basic. Most of the car came clean except for those nasty runoffs from crevices. Much better than when it went in though.
