Took my civic sedan in for a routine service. I was curious how they perform the work so I stood aside as they did their job and I was amazed how thoroughly they performed even such regular maintenance. Quick inspection of the brakes during tire rotation, inspection of the drained oil to check for engine damage, multiple checks of the oil refill level, tire pressure check, correct torquing of the wheel lug nuts using torque wrench, etc. As a car guy(I regularly track my s2000 at bw and willowsprings), all those details were really appreciated. Highly recommended

Total rip off, DO NOT GO HERE. He did not fully finish my brake master cylinder, he told me the car had something else and wanted to charge me more money to fix it. I took it to the Honda dealer and they said the master cylinder was not completed. That’s why it did not work.

My 2011 Accord at 190k miles was due for "midlife" timing chain and VVT assembly. Also replaced water pump and resealed power steering. Now she (the car) is back to being better than most new cars. Professional and efficient repairs at reasonable rates. Forget the dealer and go see Henry!
