I waited an hour for them to put nitrogen in my tires. When I called ahead they said I would be in and out. I previously came for an oil change with an appointment and it took 3 hours for that.

Today I was at this dealership with the objective of fixing my radio and the attention was very bad for the reasons that I arrived with one problem and left with another that was not resolved and they created another problem for me now the bluetooth cannot be heard in the service part they wanted to put the radio on me for a price and when I went to see the manager he offered me another one with a higher price than what they had offered me how is it possible that these things happen in the same dealership and the manager did not care about solving the problem that they themselves had created they simply wanted to charge me for another radio and not resolve the situation that they themselves had created I am super upset this dealer does not deserve that customers go to receive service because they do not guarantee that the parts that they break will not be fixed.😡😤

Brought my car in for an oil change since I received a coupon in the mail. Had an appointment and was told when we got there it would be 45mins to an hour. An hour and 20mins later my car was finally done. Then I was charged over $10 more than what my coupon said it would be. I rather spend more money and take my car to my usual place that can get me in without an appointment and be done in 45mins or less. Will not be returning here.

Greg Burris helped make my experience the best! I had to have some Warranty work done on my Civic, and brought my son with me. We were waiting for my husband to pick us up, and Greg was so kind. He took the car seat out for me! Then, my car was taken care of much faster than expected. So, Greg took it upon himself to put the car seat back into my car! I took our car yesterday for its service after my husband called Honda Service Center a day before telling exactly what the car needed to be done, unfortunately I don’t know enough about parts and car needs just I was a messenger taking the car because my husband couldn’t do it, I trusted them thinking that they were going to do the service according my husband’s request a day before but they did and extra replacement of the transmission when it was not necessary and of course charging it to the bill. When I got home my husband realized about and called them to ask why they did it and they responded that it was authorized by me which is true but again trusting that it was what my husband requested a day before by phone. The call was recorded in case you want to review the situation. My first bad experience taking the car for service to this location

I have gotten used to never expecting the best from this honda dealership. Unfortunately it is my local honda and where we take it to get it's maintained and repairs done. Most of the time if you leave a message or told will get a call back, they never do. Took my car in for a repair due to noise. They told me the intercooler pipe was broken, agreed to fix. Dropped off on Monday and as usual don't get a loaner because they fight that. Picked up Thursday and ended up hearing it again and got louder. Called next morning and left message. They never called back. Today I went in to have it checked and after a lot of back and forth they agreed to take a look at it today and ended up giving me a loaner which was dirty. Ended up finding a magazine full of 9mm bullets, personal information like name, insurance, personal belongings, etc. they obviously don't clean the car. Left message about it. They called me (not about the loaner) and told me to come back because they have news about the car. When I got there they said the noise was due to the brakes. While the brakes are a bit worn, they aren't warped and caliper isn't fused. This isn't true. They wanted almost $700 for 2 brakes front. After back and forth I said let me go with test drive with advisor, the noise was unrelated to brakes. We went on drive, hearing noises he confirmed it's not from the brakes. Sound was when accelerating not braking. Asked them to check, and finally back and forth agreed they'd look into it more because they finally agreed it wasn't brakes. I left and they called finally to say it was a bracket that was touching the subframe, no sounds from brakes. They wanted me to spend $700 on something that wasn't even the issue. On top of all of this, when making an appointment they will push you out a week or more but if you go online, you can book next day or two usually. They did this to me last week. They have no urgency on anything without fighting with them to get it, fight you over a loaner even if they cause an inconvenience. And then change an inconvenience fee if you want to use a card. unfortunately they're my closest Honda and am stuck using them without going out of my way. No manager will ever come out to try and help or address any issues. Overall terrible. And sales is another issue.

I use the same coupon they send me in the mail/email every time I go in for my oil change, says $49.99… “regular price $59.99” per coupon yet I pay a different amount every single time (same service, no change) and an email I got back in February said the regular price was “$69.99” so what is the real price? Do they just make them up as they go?

I had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change. I received a text at 12:59 , that they were working on my car. At 2:00 I noticed that my car was just being started to work on.I texted Chris and asked how this could be. He said the appointments are made by the advisor and not the techs. He was sorry for the delay, techs were running behind. I believe most of the techs were at the food court. I don't understand how an advisor can make an appointment and techs not abide by it. I realize there can be delays, but 2 hours for an oil change that you had an appointment for is unacceptable. Why make appointments if that's the case. Wasted the afternoon just waiting on an oil change.

I have an appointment for 2 PM. By 3:17 PM, my car was still waiting to be serviced. I approached the so-called "adviser," Evelyn, who was rude and told me that I didn't have the right expectations. Instead of addressing my concerns, she began to ask me condescending questions, as if I were a five-year-old and she was my kindergarten teacher. When I questioned her customer service approach, she replied that she was speaking English and couldn't be any clearer. (English is my second language, and she acted with prejudice.) To top it off, she suggested that since I was unhappy, she would ask the service team to bring my car out instead of servicing it. How can such a large company allow such poor customer service at the front desk? It seems they only care when you're about to purchase a car and are indifferent about how they treat you afterward. I then spoke with the manager and informed him that it had been 1 hour and 17 minutes after my appointment time, and my car was still outside waiting for service plus his employee Evelyn was rude and condescending. He was very nonchalant about it and stated that he wasn't present during the earlier conversation, so he didn't have much to say regarding that. The comment after that was “Oops, yeah, we're really behind." in agreement with me. What an awful experience.

Extremely disappointed with the service department at Honda of Fort Myers. I brought in my car due to technical issues, and instead of addressing the problem, I was told there was nothing wrong—even though the issue clearly persists. They said they needed the car for a few days just to figure out what’s going on but refused to provide a loaner vehicle. This is a brand-new lease that I’ve had for less than two months, and their response was basically, “Come pick it up.” Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected far better support, especially after just purchasing a new vehicle. Very frustrating experience. Will never purchase a car from this dealership again.

Scheduled oil change for 12:30. Waited 15 minutes to be attended. Representative Sebastian informed me I would be approached in an hour and a half when the service was complete. Waited 3 hours before having to ask when the service would be complete, rep claimed a text was sent and that he did not see me despite me waiting in the waiting room inside the entire time. This was my first oil change on a new car, I did not receive a free service because the mileage was over 12000 (by 500) even despite the poor service. Will not bother returning to waste more time and money here when I can be serviced with care elsewhere…

I’ve own multiple Honda cars over the years. Never had to sit for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Why make an appointment if your car is not ready to be serviced at that time? They also try to up sale you every time you come in. We traded in our Audi for another Honda to avoid the huge service costs!
