The worse experience ever. Went in to get my AC checked out long story short they didn’t have the part I need and I wanted my AC fixed right a away mind you it’s 95 degree Florida weather. Upon picking my vehicle up the tech is returning my keys I stated to him “that I wasn’t sure if I was interested in waiting 24 hours without air due to them having to order the part besides I work an average 6-5 with my work schedule and traffic”. I proceeded to ask him were the screws to the part that they took off was replaced back on the vehicle he stated” yes it was put back” that was a lie! Shortly arriving home my significant other noticed the screws were not placed back on the vehicle. I called Tire Plus to let them know I was coming to pick up my screws(mind you I don’t have any air conditioning and at this point I’m really frustrated). I get to Tire Plus and the tech tells me that the screws are locked in an employee box and he’s not answering and that I would have to wait the following day because he’s the only one with the key. Mind you I asked prior to driving off were my screws placed back . Customer service in assisting was 0/10 mind you they were charging me $500 the part was $100 and the labor consisted of plugging in the part and 3 screws. What a shitty place. When speaking with the General manager the following day I didn’t feel like he sympathized with me at all! I had also called corporate to complain and it’s been a week now and no one has retired my call. I guess it was a huge concern for this company because they had ac in their vehicles. I would never recommend this place !

It was very easy to schedule an oil change. And the price was a great deal. We did notice that the drain plug was leaking after a while. I called they said bring it in asap. I brought the next day they replace the drain plug, gasket and put new oil in. Then gave me a discount off my next service. I will definitely be returning.

I went to 3 tire places before this after an emergency with my tires. They actually had tires and not only that they actually sold them to me which I never excepted to be a problem in 2025. The manager was amazing the staff were beyond helpful. Where I plan to take my business everytime now.

Brought my 97 f250 in and although it barely fits on the rack, the alignment was done fast and in a respectful manner. Micheal seemed to have control of the guys in the shop to be fast enough to inform me my gear box has play. And get it taken care of the same day! Appreciate all the hard work guys!!

It’s a mystery to me how this place has any positive reviews. I came for a simple tire patch and these clowns robbed me for over $300. I knew my breaks were wearing out so I made the mistake of letting them take care of that too instead of going to my normal mechanic. They gave me the worst breaks known to man and didn’t even install them correctly. My breaks sounded WORSE after coming here than they did beforehand. My rotors ended up getting scratched and destroyed and I had to get them replaced elsewhere. I’d rate 0 stars if I could. If you value your time and money, please don’t go here. Find a random guy on Craigslist to fix your car and he’ll do a better job.

I went to Tire Plus for a simple tire patch from a nail. I had the tire in my trunk and was driving on my spare. The employee looked at it for one second and said it couldn’t be repaired, mainly because I had tried to fix it myself. The only option he offered was buying new tires. I went to Tire Kingdom right after—within minutes they patched the tire with no issue. This location is clearly more interested in selling tires than helping customers. Never coming here again.

I have 2017 Tiguan VW. I've had 4 new tires put on, a new battery, a synthetic oil change and they were able to do my front abs wheel speed sensor for half the cost at VW. They could not do my back wheel abs sensor due to the car not reading sensor. Probably a faulty one. But I was never charged for that repair at all. they ended up spending 3 hrs on it trying, which I appreciated, because I refuse to go to dealer ever again. I love all my services at this location. If management has any sense they will never mess with what works here. The staff work well together and care about people

They are so successful that you have to be ready to spend a good hour there while your vehicle is being serviced or prepare for a ride back home.
