BUYER BEWARE - they Installed new tires and reused the old valve stems. Stem blew causing an accident. They charged us for new valve stems and literally just took the old stems from the old tires and put them in NEW tires. Caused thousands of dollars of damage to vehicle and so much time and money I can't explain. Definitely do not trust these guys they are not professional!

I do not recommend anyone to use this location. I am pretty sure there is another location with better service. Today, my husband went to change and align his truck's tires. He arrived at 12:45 pm and left at 6:10 pm. This is very disrespectful when you have to wait more than 5 hours for a service you can complete in 2 hours maximum, and the employers were talking and doing nothing. To the OWNER of this place...there are so many people looking for a job, double-check your employment performance and evaluations, and hire personnel who help you with a better quality of service. By the way, the price was too expensive.

I went to get an estimate for new brakes and rotors to be installed. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and professional, otherwise this would be a one star review. Normally, I would do the brakes and rotors myself, so I am aware of the cost and labor it takes, but being that it was a company vehicle I wanted it done here. The estimate they gave me was way too high for the service being offered. I ended up going to another business and getting the same service done for a whole $500 cheaper.

Best customer service I have had in years. Called on Saturday and spoke to rep over the phone and instead of let ming cone in told me to come on Monday the Oct. 27th 2025. End up there yesterday Monday morning explained my current situation. "Q" had all my tires ordered and ready to install at time of service. I highly recommend this place they even did a full inspection on the car.

We had bought tires from ebay and had them delivered here to mount and balance for an additional fee. 5 minutes after I purchased the tires. I realized it was the wrong size so I called the company to have him returned. They said that already shipped them out so I could not cancel the order but just to go ahead and file return with the company once delivered which I did. They emailed a return label, told us to give it to the tire choice and they would pick it up from there. I spoke to with the store manager a few times trying to figure out everything and he was very rude and condescending. The final time I called And I said who I was that manager abruptly just said to me yes, they were delivered Now, you gotta come and pick them up and hung up the phone. Did not Let me ask any other questions or speak. highly recommend staying away from this place. As A mobile mechanic, I was looking forward to having a good relationship with them and that went out the window if I could give a negative star I would the don't even deserve the 1 given

The manager and staff at this location always is straight up and straight forward to the customers. About the severity of the issues and what steps need to be taken and or how emergent the problem is. They also make sure they can acquire the parts in a timely manner before they say how long it will take to be completed. I frequent this location with both my vehicles when it comes to brakes and tires and any other problems.

Very bad experience. I have taken my vehicle three times to get an alignment. It comes out fine, but after about 5 miles it goes out of alignment again. Not satisfied at all. The first time in 2020 the work was done very well

Great people, very friendly, very helpful and GREAT WORK. they’ve helped me out tremendously and this will now be my primary tire choice location. Service was great, everything was on time. The did the tire change and I took my wheels home. Installed them on my car. Quickly realized that the balancing job was awful. Car shook as soon as I hit 60 mph. Now I'm searching for another shop to balance them properly.

Called and made an apt which was for same day and the man was very nice on the phone. Arrived on time for my appointment, the general manager, Quise, was messing around on the computer and my husband and I stood there without being acknowledged. We waited and after a few minutes my husband initiated the conversation. Quise answered him with an almost whisper one word response. My husband then gave another piece of information about the car and the employee had to ask him what he said as he wasn’t paying attention. If he was busy he could have asked for us to give him a minute instead of just ignoring us as we stood there. He then told us we would have to wait since there were cars ahead of us. No problem we left and was told we would get a call when the car was done. After 4 hours, it was just a balance of the 2 front tires, I called and asked if it was done. The employee said yeah they tried to call but we gave an incorrect number. When picking up the same employee once again did not acknowledge our existence. He said tap your card and handed us our invoice and we left. The work was done correctly but customer service could be better. When I checked my phone number it was correct on the paper so he must have called an incorrect number.

I went to this establishment to repair a punctured tire on my truck. I personally handed my key to the manager, Mr. Marquise Smith. While he was driving my vehicle into the workshop, I clearly heard a loud impact. I was never informed that any incident had occurred. They completed the service, charged me, and returned my keys without mentioning anything. When I got back into my truck, I immediately noticed the damage caused by that impact. I went back inside to address the issue, but they denied responsibility and claimed they did not know anything about it. They also told me they do not have security cameras and that I could call the police if I wanted to. It is completely unacceptable for a business to damage a customer’s vehicle and then refuse to take responsibility. This shows a lack of professionalism and transparency. I do not recommend this place.
