Been coming here for years. The staff is great and it is done super fast. Their prices are awesome on new and used tires. I have also patched many many tires here and have never had one blow or fail.

Guys working are amazing!! The owner is rude unprofessional!! If you have kids be aware of coming here she has a problem with kids being in her business as a business owner i would never treat nor speak to my customers the way this nasty lady spoke to me about my kids!!! Really nice place for your tires needs. I went in there to do a simple tite rotation, they were fast and price was very good compare to places nearby. I loved the attention and the fact that they can order tires with fast delivery, with lots of them delivered next day. I ended up ordering the tires myself and went there for the installation which includes balancing for $14 per tire(cant beat that) overall it was a great customer experience with awesome attention to detail. I will be back, honestly the place and attention is way better than the big name brands I've been to in the past couple of years. Keep up the great work guys!👍👏

Update: So I just went to them to get two front tires (used ) for a small vehicle and I was charged $90 ! I'm so disappointed and I feel tried because she knew she was over charging me and proceeded to do so , now she has lost not only my business but my family's as well ! What a shame! ................... Hands down ! This is one of the nicest experiences I've had, dealing with businesses in Lehigh Acres ! We came to them last min with a family emergency on hand and needed to make sure the vehicle would make it safely. They were so kind and customer service was amazing and the prices were great! We made it to our destination safely because of them ! Thank you ! I definitely recommend them .

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! These ppl are rip offs, they're money hungry and like to take advantage of old people. They are the worst of the worst! They sell faulty tires and when you complain they try to bully you. They put an old woman in a room with 2 men behind her blocking the door as to try to intimidate her over a faulty tire that they sold her! Y'all are garbage and I will NOT BE INTIMIDATED OR SILENCED FOR THE B.S. THAT Y'ALL PULLED ON THAT LADY! Save your money go somewhere else. Ve a otro lugar. I was called over the phone with a confirmed price for a 60$ tire and when I arrive to pay for it they now tell me its 80$. I will not be returning here and if you go here ensure the price is written down because they'll change it

Save your money and time and go somewhere else. This place is a joke. Talk to the owner is like talking to a wall, you could spend 10 mn explaining something then come back next day and he will argue you never said that. Literally told me he can do a warranty, i explained him the vehicle conditions he said that's fine, so i towed the van from immokalee to his location without the engine he accepted the van and still say is fine i can do the warranty, next day we brought the engine, he told the towing guy to take it down from the truck and put it in a specific location, after doing all that he go oh no i cant do the warranty if the engine is not installed. Waste of time and money. 🤦‍♂️

I moved to Lehigh Acres two weeks ago and genuinely wanted to support local businesses. I came to Bahia Honda Tire twice within one week, giving them repeat business right away. The first visit, the bald gentleman working there had zero customer service no greeting, no professionalism. I brushed it off, assuming he was having a bad day and because the shop is close to my home. Today confirmed it was not a one-off. They attempted to sell me a used tire for $50 that was visibly warped and deteriorated. My husband immediately pointed out the issue and showed it to him. His response? A shrug, followed by: “My job is to show you the tire. If you want it, you buy it.” No concern for safety. No accountability. No apology. When my husband asked him to find another tire, he grabbed the next tire in line without even checking the condition, which was shocking. To make it worse, he refused to install the tire until payment was made, this is not custom for tire shops, despite the obvious quality issues. We left baffled and frustrated. So, instead of the two tires, I needed changed, I opted for just 1 emergency replacement, luckily we found a tire shop just down the road and received better prices, better quality tires, and exceptional customer service, the complete opposite experience. I truly wanted to give them a chance, but selling unsafe tires and treating customers with indifference is unacceptable. The owner should know this experience cost them repeat business and referrals. For anyone new to the area or simply looking for honesty, safety, and basic respect, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars. This tire shop has twice proven they have zero accountability or professionalism. Took a flat tire (one I bought from them) back for service — huge mistake. The front desk woman recognized me, treated me with open disrespect in front of everyone, was rude and dismissive, and flat-out refused to help. I stayed calm, wished her a nice day, and left. Save yourself the headache and disrespect — go anywhere else. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this business. Plenty of honest tire shops actually value customers. This isn’t one.
