Vance Auto still has the positive atmosphere and feel of a small business - receptive, responsive, patient, among other things. "Ms. Brenda", at the front desk, is very knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. "Ron", who does not like being called "Mr. Vance", knows his stuff from a mechanical standpoint; not only is he the owner, but he works on the vehicles too. He has a good crew working with him also - they seem to communicate effectively and confer with each other as needed. This business deserves an "A" rating for: expertise, honesty in practice, (not gouging its customers), work ethic, compassion, and overall affordability, which results in a loyal client base. Sometimes, you may have to call several times to reach someone, (thankfully, there are no options to click), but they do answer the phone. This business is an asset to the community.
