Hello Walmart... LEHIGH ACRES FL! I feel compelled to express my frustrations over a horrible experience I encountered the other day in the service center. Besides, I need to fill my now two hour wait as I am once again waiting on my car to be fixed! This is my second trip to buy tires on my car. ( 3 weeks ago, two steering tires & 2 days ago, the back two.) I took time off from work on Wednesday morning to get the rear tires. Got here at 6:45 am...was 3rd in line. (2 oil changes ahead of me). And by the time I paid and left, it was 9:10 am!!! How was my service and experience? REALLY HORRIBLE! Not only did we (the customers in the lobby) get to witness the few employees standing around in the bays either chatting with each other....or they were on their cells in the corner chatting! It's a friggin work day! I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer! Is anyone on the floor working...ya know --- doing the job they ARE being paid for??? After my very unpleasant long wait, a technician tells me..." He's sorry...the valve stem sensor broke off!" He said their equipment is so old and needs to be upgraded. Plus they list their shop manager....nothing gets fixed! (Yep...he told me that!) He said I need to go to Advance Auto Parts store band buy a new part...and they will reimburse me and fix it". So with my $60.00 been part in hand....here I sit -- for my "at least two hour Wait" Can anyone give me ANY good reason as to WHY I would ever .... EVER use the services of Walmart again?

After waiting a long while for anyone to even greet me, I said I needed an oil change and they said they weren't taking anymore cars for the day. Not a single car was in the garage and it was only 4pm when they close at 7pm. They're just lazy. So if they don't want to do the oil change in the first place, then it makes me wonder if they could even do it properly. So incompetent! Never going back.

Used Walmart to try and save money, will likely end up spending more than using a competitor. Got a tire replaced/tire rotation with an appointment, car wobbles after service. Since their service caused the issue, I tried to have issue addressed. After a 30+ min wait, I was told there is nothing they can do, and that ill "have to come in and meet with a manager, but not today". So I asked if i can set up an appt to meet the manager, "No". So ill have to go to a another tire shop and spend more money fixing their mistake. Thanks!

Had an appt set up for noon. Waited over 2 hours and nothing. Auto staff too busy talking than working and could care less about working on vehicles. Had to break up a conversation of all workers standing around talking in shop just to get my keys back. Employer laughed when I asked him how much longer so just left after 2 1/2 hours PAST appt time with no new tires. Worst auto center ever been to.

The oil change prices are some of the best around so this is why we use this facility. The workers behind the counter are not very efficient nor do they act like they want to be. They will stand there with another employee chatting about something while you are standing at the counter waiting to be served or they will be an employee just walking around doing what looks like next to nothing instead of waiting on customers. They need to step up their game behind that counter and make their customers a priority instead of a hindrance.

Went there to get all 4 tired replaced. First person I spoke with was very nice. Talked to the lady at the counter and told her what I needed. She looked up on her computer and told me the size tires. Left the vehicle there because I expected this to be a 2 to 3 hour ordeal. As soon as I got home they called to let me know the tires they recommended first will not fit and they would have to go with a different size, which was less expensive (win for me). 30 mins after the first call they called back and said my vehicle is ready.. Wow! Got there to pay and pick up my vehicle and was in and out in no time flat! Win/Win...They get a good review and I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks guys!

Order tires Hancok tires from Walmart. I couldn’t get in-touch with the auto care center to have my tires put on. I went to my local tire place to only discover that my tires are slightly abnormal. My rim was checked and it is fine. Second time ordering tires from Walmart the last set had some issues but I thought it was my rims. This second set confirmed it. Walmart may sale you abnormal tires! My last time ordering tires from Walmart.

Was quoted an hour, waited 3. They used a different oil than recommended for my car, didn't tell me. Stole all of my change from my car, about $12 worth. Window cleaning and vacuum is supposed to be included in the $58 oil change, it wasn't done.

Lehigh doesn’t take appointments. So first come first serve. By only 10:00am I was told that my wait would be between 3-4 hrs just to have one leaking tire checked. After 3 hours I was informed that the tire could not be repaired and I needed a new tire. I just wanted to ask the technician why it could not be repaired. He was so very rude to me and basically almost yelled when he said it can’t be repaired. Either you want a new tire or you don’t. So I agreed to new tire. Almost another hour later I was still waiting and the technician came in. I tried to ask if he knew how much longer it would be and he walked right past me after I tried 3 times to speak with him. Very awful experience. Have no plans to ever return to that auto center.

Second time we have arrived at 7am and the shop is not open until much later. We bought the lifetime tire balance package and they are unable to rotate our tires. Getting an oil change but they don't have the filter, pretty generic car nothing fancy. My husband went and got a filter because we already took off work to get this oil change (and rotate tires but again they weren't able to do this) and they charged full price for the oil change even though we paid for the filter at another store. They said next oil change they would not charge for the filter - not going to be a next time. Why would they not take the charge for the filter off this oil change since this is the oil change we provided the filter for? If you prefer paying for the parts separate and spending 2 hours at walmart to get half the services you need then be my guest, I will not be returning.

This auto shop is a waste of time. Nathan and his crew leave stuff they can't do until the end of the day when they're about to close. I dropped my car off at 10am and was told I'd receive a text when ready. 11am comes and I receive a text that it’s being worked on. 3pm and I call to check on my oil change and get directed to ever other department in Walmart but the auto department never answers. 6pm rolls around and I show up and Nathan tells me “oops they forgot to call you” and tell me my oil change couldn't be done because X reason. So l drive 30 minutes around town looking for X piece to have him tell me it'll take another couple hours or so that he will let me know. A 10 minute oil change can't be done quick enough after having wasted a whole day waiting for a call. Instead of picking up calls and calling customers back, Nathan is "organizing papers" in the register. Complete waste of time.

I don’t know what is wrong with the staff in this Walmart Lehigh branch. I used to go to live in the Cape Coral and went to that branch all the time since the 1990’s. When we lost our home from Hurricane Ian we moved inland and started coming to the Lehigh branch. The first time I went there they took my car in for service as walk in and had no issues. The second time it was a flat tire that was purchased at the Cape Walmart with Warranty and Lehigh honored the warranty. The third time I went there as walk in but they said we need to make an appt online so they told us to come back with an appt. So I made an appt with them there and the guy just made an appt for oul change. So we came back and said they did not include tire rotation on the appt so they said they dont have time to do it and we said ok. Last week we made an appt for oil change but no option on the app to add tire rotation. So I just said I will ask them again when I get there. Last week they said no we are too booked but they made an appt for today. I got there today and the staff inside did not acknowledge me tight away, but the lady said next and I said I have an appt for tire rotation. She said you are supposed to wait at the tent. There was no one there but we waited outside for 20min. The mechanics passed by us a few times but no one seem to want to acknowledge us. I waved at them a few times but they ignored me. I went to wave at one of the inside staff with glasses and he tried to ignore us first but he looked again and I said I just need to know if there’s someone here to help for my appt. He said someone was supposed to be there. He said he will ask. The attendant finally arrived unhappy and we told him about our appt but he asked me if we purchased our tires there. I said I did but he said he could not find the info so it turns out we purchased from the Cape branch with warranty. He said show that to the cashier later. We told him we will be back we just need to pick up a car in Ft Myers. The manager called me when we were already halfway in Ft. Myers and told us we cannot service your tires because you purchased ut in Cape branch and it has a larger rim size than your make and model requires. I was confused because they already serviced this car so many times there including a patch. I went back and they just insisted on that and I was so confused. I called the Cape branch and they said that if it’s a Walmart tire that we could get it serviced at any Walmart and especially with our Warranty and I was told to speak to ACC coach and tell them that any tire Walmart installs in your car are allowed to be serviced. I had so much anxiety when I left Walmart and was having panic attacks. My stomach hurt the entire day and I was not able to call the ACC coach for fear of getting more panick attacks. I have lived in this county my whole life and have been using Walmart Auto Center for a long time but this is the only location that picks and choose what rules they want to give their customers in any given day. They could have just told me when I was making an appt and settled it then instead of wasting our time coming back and forth. They don’t care about their customers and they would rather be right than help out someone in need. I don’t know what is happening to this country but there are less and less people who care. I used to go to Walmart when I get a flat in any given time and someone was always there to help me or feel for my situation. Times are tough but those caring people are gone.

Not an overly friendly greeting from the check in desk. The mechanics seem to be very informative & knowledgeable. I was assisted by a very kind young man on checking out.

I have been to many Walmart auto centers around the nation. But for some reason this location you can always expect to wait forever to get seen because of how busy they are. Management has left this department short staffed. All other walmart auto centers do their appointments on time. Thepoor clerks at the service counter are swamped and unable to go in that order. This service station is always busy and could better service their customers if they put in place a plan and followed through with that plan. Your customers would be a lot happier to!

October 21, 2025. Many mechanics called in sick. Only 2 mechanics on duty. 4 bays available but only 2 mechanics. The mechanics did their best with the situation, kudos to them!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Lehigh Acres Walmart Auto Center. I took my car in at 8 a.m. yesterday to have two tires replaced. I was told it would be ready by 3 p.m. — after waiting all day, I returned only to be told that the associate couldn’t perform the job because my car has wheel spacers and it would be a “liability.” Why wasn’t I told this from the beginning? Walmart should make it clear up front if something like wheel spacers disqualifies service. Instead, I wasted an entire day with no result. This was a big inconvenience and poor customer communication. Customers deserve honesty and clarity before scheduling any service appointment.

I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. They originally said no they wouldn't take it. Then that's awesome dude was like what exactly is your problem? I explained I had a tire and I had a rim already off the car I just needed it mounted. Guy went out of his way and so did the mechanic that did the job when they didn't have to. Awesome guys!
