The last time I was in. They started doing a front end alignment that I did not authorize. When I made that clear the shop boss said he was taking my car off the lift and I could drive it the way it was. I had just purchased 4 tires from them. My car did not vibrate until they knocked they did not finish what they started.

So, they have a coupon for a $20 rotation and balance. I brought the truck in to do it. They tried to sell me all kinds of services, but I kept telling him I only wanted the rotate and balance because my son is a mechanic and he usually maintains the truck, but I’m going out of town and wanted it done before I travel. A few minutes later, the guy came from around the counter to tell me that if I want the balance, it is $20 per tire because the tires are “too big.” It shouldn’t matter what size tire I have (they are a standard truck tire, not oversized) and should be honored in the offering. I won’t go back if they can’t be honest.

Tercer mantenimiento de aceite y filtro de mi vehiculo nuevo. Le compre tuercas negras para los aros que son negros, le hizieron rotacion de gomas y utilizaron el equipo incorrecto y pelaron bien feo las tuercas.
En el 2do mantenimiento y rotacion que fue en Chebrolet Estero Bay no habia sucedido eso, opte por este establicimiento por cercania... me arrepiento de haber pagado por este servicio en Tim Dodge Firestone.
Estoy MUY incomodo con esto.
