Great service with good communication and good pricing. Complete vehicle inspection at fair price and inspection fee waived if repairs made. Quick and complete service options on gas engine vehicles but diesel vehicles limited to chassis service, no diesel engine repair. Great location near restaurants, grocery and shopping while waiting for repairs. Have recommended Tim Dodge Firestone to friends and family.

Let me start out, saying Brian is the man. Obviously, I contacted the wrong Firestone and made an appointment. Brian went above and beyond to satisfy a customer and got me in for quite a bit of work I needed. The owner walked me through my vehicle and pointed out things that should’ve been done a long time ago that a dealership should’ve told me about. Well, guess what dealership you lost my business and dropped the ball. I highly recommend Tim Dodge Firestone. Thank you and you now have a new customer and I will definitely recommend you to others. So, they have a coupon for a $20 rotation and balance. I brought the truck in to do it. They tried to sell me all kinds of services, but I kept telling him I only wanted the rotate and balance because my son is a mechanic and he usually maintains the truck, but I’m going out of town and wanted it done before I travel. A few minutes later, the guy came from around the counter to tell me that if I want the balance, it is $20 per tire because the tires are “too big.” It shouldn’t matter what size tire I have (they are a standard truck tire, not oversized) and should be honored in the offering. I won’t go back if they can’t be honest.

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location because it's convenient. Had to purchase three batteries less than 2 years from this location. I don't recommend purchase of battery's go to O'Reilly or Walmart.

Tim Dodge Firestone On Homestead…. 9:30am “I need tires but I have to be on the road by 12” Them: “We can make that happen if you come right now” 9:50 Arrive at the tire shop. 11:30 Car goes in the garage Me: “Theyre gunna be able to get that done in a half hour? Lets cancel the oil change to be sure” Them: Yea absolutely 12:05 “Hey whats the word? I gotta go!” Them: “They have three finished one left to go” 1:01 PM ……still sitting here 😡😡😡 Add this to your do not recommend list. $1200 for a promised time. UPDATE: Left at 1:37 PM

The work on my car was done fine. The “receptionist” up front Brian is very pushy and rude. I had already said while making my appointment that I cannot do tires right now. He the kept telling me there is no point to shop around for prices as if I’m a child. They’re making fun of customers, cussing. This is my second time here and for sure will be my last. I do not need to be told more than once about something I mentioned. I’m already paying over $400 today I can’t drop $1,200.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location and would not recommend it. I was charged far more than I expected, and I feel the pricing was not clearly explained upfront. When I tried to ask questions about the charges, I did not receive clear or helpful answers. Communication was poor, and I left feeling frustrated and misled. During my visit, the professionalism of the staff was concerning. The front desk representative was unable to answer basic questions about my vehicle and the services being performed. I also observed behavior in the shop area that did not reflect a professional work environment. Additionally, the restroom was in unacceptable condition, which reflects poorly on overall management and cleanliness standards. When I raised concerns with management, the conversation became tense instead of constructive, which made the situation worse. Overall, this experience lacked transparency, professionalism, and customer service. I strongly suggest asking detailed questions about pricing and services before agreeing to any work here.

For having my car 14 months, I have not had to have anything serviced other than an oil change. I took my Audi and because it said inspection needed everything came back. I know they had to hook up The computer to see what it said, however when I was coming back to the garage, everything looked fine. I told him to go ahead and do what he recommended for Audi and I left to return because I was missing the cover for my computer system. I had called and spoke to Brian. Brian told me to bring it in. They would look at it and the manager Steve came out to look at it. Try to tell me it’s been like this for a while if it was like that you would have pointed it out to me while I was there that that was missing you did not and I did not notice it missing when you took me back to the Garage. I happen to open my hood and see it however, when the gentleman that was one of the guys that worked on my car came out the manager thought he was being discreet motion in for that guy to go back in the garage. I peeped it out. He swears up and down. It wasn’t them they would Have called me if they realized that it wasn’t on my car for me to come back and then he said didn’t you just have service on your car at other places I said other than an oil change no and that has nothing to do with the cover, it was my son‘s car that was serviced elsewhere. No one has been under the hood of my car, except for this company other than a oil change and I have been right there when the oil change was done and it’s sad because I thought this was a good company that I could trust but when I seen him motion for the other guy to go back in the garage and not it and kind of wake him off being as discreet as he could, I will not be returning other than that. Everyone else in the office has been great even the guys in the shop but I know what was on my car and what’s missing so whatever the reason you didn’t take no accountability.
