It seems like your workers don't want to work anymore. Went in there a lil while ago with my father who's in his 80s and I'm missing a leg. Tried to get a code from the check engine light. The employee came out to the car...looked in then went back inside and handed my father the reader and told him to get the reading by himself. So I told him to give it back to her and go next door to AutoZone. We did and they had no problem getting the code and giving us a read out. I will never go back there again. I've been a customermore than 10 years. Your customer service has gotten worse and worse throughout the years. What happened to just giving the pickle. I guess you never heard that story...the result is the same...loss of a customer

This place has saved my butt a couple of times. Not just me either, my family too. I've never had a problem with the staff. They even fixed my bike in a pinch. Not just an automotive store apparently. Only complaint is they need a bigger selection of certain items, but the place isn't that big so it's understandable.

I am a high school teacher, so when I went to go home after a long day of education, I was greeted by a not-working car. After a kind co-worker helped me, I made it to Advance Discount Auto Parts on Joel Blvd. And yesterday, I experienced excellent customer service, promptness, professionalism, and work ethic at Advance Discount Auto Parts. I needed a new battery. Erica, Brandon, and Juan deserve recognition for their excellent customer assistance and explanation of the service performed. I really would give the store a much higher rating had it not been for the extremely rude associate Erica C. She was rude from the very beginning. Not asking if any of the customers, including myself if we needed any help. I called ahead and spoke to a younger gentleman who was extremely helpful and friendly. Quite frankly, the opposite of Erica. He found the part for me and even went to make sure it was there. I made my way in and right of the bat she was highly upset when she had to come to the register to help out with the line of customers. She was openly and clearly annoyed and did not want to be there. I gave her the exact part number and she could not find it. Which only made her even more annoyed. The younger gentleman was the one who stepped in and found it. She kept telling me what it was called, as if I gave her the wrong information after giving her the part number. After cashing out, she tossed my receipt to me and walked off. Which is when the younger gentleman saw that I bought items that were on promotion! Not once did she even mention it! The store itself is pretty nice and the younger guy that helped me was perfect! She’s definitely made me think twice before going back there. But if I do, I will not be dealing with her again.

Very bad service from the saleswoman Erica. I went to process a warranty for a part and the lady very reluctantly attended to us because it was a warranty. And she told us that the part was not in her store and sent us to another store assuring us that they had the part. 45 minutes away in Fort Myers. When the system told her that there was none, she told us that there was one in that store and she picked up the original part for us. When we arrived at the other store, they told us that there had not been any in Fort Myer for a long time. And after that store, they sent us to Cape Coral to pick it up. Mrs. Erica should not be in a position serving the public with her bitterness. She did not want to give us the address nor did she want to call to confirm to see if they had the part. I do not recommend this auto parts store because of this bitter person.

Kind of a older store with a lot of old dusty merchandise on the shelves. I'm sure the stuff works fine but with a much newer autozone literally a rock throwing distance away why wouldn't you go there instead? Not to mention today I witnessed the same item at both stores, $9 at autozone and $12 at advanced discount auto parts. Autozone a much better choice.

Bought a $300 Car Battery that ended up being the wrong one. Tried to return it Brand-new was not told that they don't allow returns. Now I'm stuck with it and have no use for it.

Quite literally the worst advance Auto parts I've ever been to in my entire life. Better to just go to the AutoZone down the street I've never purchased anything from this place that actually works as far as the stuff on their shelf from paint to tire sealant I could even had the brake cleaners and the sensor cleaners not work and have the store see that it not work and refuse to do anything for me tell me to buy another one. I've even struggled to return pieces that came with factory warranties from the company that makes it. I actually drive down to the events all the way down on Sunshine, there's usually only one person on staff that can even answer car questions it is just a headache to be honest. There's also never any assistance these guys don't come out the office to say oh well maybe you're doing something wrong or let me see, they look to the female manager who's like nope just buy a new one.

I walked into Advance Auto Parts with my daughter just to check out — I already had the parts in hand and didn’t need any assistance. While waiting in line, another customer of the same ethnicity as the associate came in and was helped before me. The associate then told me I was next, but when another person of the same ethnicity came in, they were helped before me again. I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting, feeling completely ignored and uncomfortable. It was embarrassing, and I eventually left my items on the counter and went to a competitor AutoZone instead. No one should be made to feel like they don’t matter or aren’t welcome.

Stood in line for 15 minutes. And they kept helping other people who walked in after me. The customer service at this store is horrible. I was holding my daughter and a couple other things in my hand and was standing in line. But they decided to help their “friends” who just walked in. Horrible staff. Horrible place. Plain and simple.
