I walked in for tire pressure issues- no appointment and out of town. The manager who helped me was quick, thorough, and understanding. Thank you!

Deceptive advertising! Add $2000+ to any price you see for dealer added “accessories” they “put on every car” but don’t include in the price. I drove 50 mins to look at a car listed for $24.5 you needed $27k plus tax and title to drive it off the lot

They kept their word, even when it was not in writing. Good people. Not pushy or over-bearing. Buying the Ridgeline was a pleasant experience.

They told me first they would change a lightbulb, then said it would be $80.00; after I came in 30 minutes early, now they're refusing to do so just because it's aftermarket. If you can't depend on the dealership, who can you depend on. It's not like the engine was modified,; this was done shortly after the car was purchased. If it would have been defective wiring, it wouldn't have lasted four years. Light bulbs burn out.

Called the get info about an accord. Was told it was never in an accident. So decided to look at the car. When we got there then they decided to tell us it was in 3 accidents. If I knew that I wouldn't have wasted the time to go and look at the car.

One of our employees took their car to the dealership to get an issue fixed. They pull limitary check engine scan was done prior to taking it to Honda of Kenosha and everything pointed to the electrical system was being starved for power. The dash had every light in. Rodney Porter took the car and said the diagnosis reported that the car had the wrong fuel in it. 70% alcohol. The customer declined from having them do service to the car the service department and Ronnie Porter had the check engine light cleared prior to the problem being fixed just a cover up the real problem. The check engine light has not came back on cents but Mr. Porter said that it had a lien code and that is what’s printed on the form. Not even in the computer is there a login code for a lien code. If the octane on this vehicle was too high it would not be getting a lien code it would be getting a rich code. The service department is 110% misleading when it comes to the diagnosis of a warranty issue. Find a different dealership to do your warranty items.

Bought an expensive car with almost all the bells and whistles about a year ago. Just a week ago some of my radio features stop working so I stop in the dealership to get it looked at and then they scheduled me an appointment to get it looked at another day by their tech guy. Showed up for my appointment and both advisers told me their is nothing they could do because my phone is not compatible with the radio. They refuse to have someone look at it or trouble shoot it even with me having their extended warranty plan. This is only one of several issues I had with their service department. I feel bad for the car sales department because they are professional and knowledgeable and they don’t get a lot of repeat customers because of advisors like this. FYI I reached out to my sales person and he was able to trouble shoot and fix the issue.

Decent service center. Expe sive like all dealership service centers but they have been honest with me as far as I can tell and have been competent in everything they have done for me so far. Though auto butler is a joke. Supposed to detail it and I get a job that is worse than what I could do with shopvac in interior and on exterior I assume they put on that coating I was sold on but the have to wonder why I have a tar glob on my hood when I picked it up. Could have been from when they drove it back from auto butler shop to dealership.

I stopped for gas across the street from them and noticed my tire was stripping off some tred. It was about 20 mins before the shop closed when I pulled in the see if I could get a couple tires put on as we were on our way to Kentucky and would not make it there if I couldn't get tires, so it was somewhat of an emergency. When I walked in I was not greated, they looked annoyed that I walked in. I asked who I needed to speak with about getting tires and one guy just pointed and said over there. I walked around to were the parts counter was and the window next to the parts counter that was closed is were I was directed. I knocked and someone came out and said they sent their techs home already and I would have to ask the other guys. So I went back to the front were I was the first time and asked if I could get 2 tires put on. He told me they were closing soon and I could make and appointment to do it. I explained the situation to him that we were trying to get to Kentucky and he just stared at me and said nothing. Worst service ever, very rude and unhelpful.

My check tire light came on. I was able to have it quickly checked with no appointment. They finished in less than 1/2 hour. No nail or tire damage. Just leakage from severe record sub-zero cold. Experience was covid safe. All staff and customers were masked and distanced.

I called for a quote to have an alternator installed since I was traveling down 94 and my charging system and other lights indicating the alternator had to be replaced. The battery was already replaced within 20 minutes of the call. I was quoted the labor. I'm sorry if I am needing a quote for a part installed. Take the time and find out the price. Having retired from Honda and the industry I found the advisors performance lacking. Luckily my alternator was cycling and I was able to drive it an hour until I reach the dealership I retired from. Turns out there was additional service that needed my immediate attention. ( 390.00) and I chose to do a brake fluid flush. The only system flush I didn't have done on my 2019 honda crv lx awd with 211000 miles. I just wanted to get taken care of. BTW I do all of my service in Honda Service deptmarts. I wish you all the best.

This review is solely for the service department. Joe is an excellent service advisor. Him and Todd Rohrssen (service manager) helped me out and Joe explained everything with me what was going on with my car and moving forward. I really appreciate their time and help (especially since they have been swamped lately). I will be coming back for more services in the future.

Outstanding! The arrival, reception, the dropoff and the service! Exceptional. The loyalty for customers is remarkable and they acknowledge that you bought your car here! I got dropped off to the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets and picked up back again when the car was done! Truly appreciate the courtesy 👍

Service Dept (Joe Valente II) is Great!!! 👍😄😷 However, the Sales/Finance Dept uses some "sly"🤔🤨 tactics to ultimately have you spend $150+ MORE per month then we planned/Budgeted for!!! 😡👎🤬 But Overall, they're one of the BETTER Dealerships I've been to over my 61 years of age... 👍😁

Very clean, professional, courteous staff. I'm loving my new Honda. I took it in for service and they added a free full inspection and free car wash. They're dedicated to making sure my Honda is kept up and clean. Good for their brand.

I went in for an oil change. I presented a coupon at the time of service. After the oil change, they had some other suggested maintenance items. I agreed to 2 out of the 3 items and presented a 15% off service coupon. When I went to pay, the bill was much higher than expected. They THEN told me I could only use 1 coupon! I think this is a terrible way to do business! I had the same service manager from start to finish. A good business would be upfront, not thrust this upon their customer at the end!! Buyer beware at Kenosha Honda.

Management was cool. They made you feel like a real customer. So many times people are only interested in sales... Here they seem authentic... nice cars on lot. Great prices. Great promotions...will buy cars...offered 2.9 interest if decent credit ...good deals

Check engine light came on, so I brought my CRV here. After $700+, I got the car back with two problems. The first, they showed me the inspection report that everything was in good working order even though I still had a TPMS warning light on. The warning light was on when I brought the car in, so I'm not sure how their diagnostic team could miss it. Second, they coated the drivers side carpet with grease. This is the second time this has happened here. For $700 in repairs, you think they could afford a paper floor mat to protect my car. So now I'm sitting in their lobby for a third time, waiting for them to fix the warning light sensors and clean my carpet. The store in Gurnee is just as close to me, and that's where I'll be going from now on.
