I’ve been going to Honda of Olathe for years to service my car. They are clean, professional, and efficient so when it came time to buy a new car there was no question about where to go. Austin and Tony made the experience simple and a pleasure. It was quite the change from my previous car buying experiences. Most importantly the whole process was quick and didn’t waste my whole afternoon. I highly recommend them for their service department and now their sales!

Always get the job done well, but my last oil change was pretty pricey and they added a shop fee that was not called out to me in advance. Expected to pay $149 and ended up paying around $182. That being said the staff has always been very friendly and flexible when I needed them to be so you get what you pay for! The only Honda dealership we will purchase a car from, we have purchased 7 cars from them and always give us a great deal!

We have been working with Olathe Honda for years, they have always been absolutely fantastic to work with. They have always been honest, fair, and have always worked with us to make sure our vehicle is always maintained and running safely. We have also been privileged to work extensively with Jerry in their service department, he had been wonderful to us and I would highly recommend their service department no matter what make of car you own!

I took my vehicle, which I purchased from them, for an alignment Friday July 23rd. So my service advisor (man bun) needs to have some customer service lessons, believe me! Also, figured my alignment wasn't done or done correctly, because they didn't give me a printout of it, because they said it was shredded. I asked for a reprint and they couldn't give me one. I took my vehicle somewhere else for an alignment check afterwards and it showed out of alignment, which I figured all along. This is the second time I received a bad experience from them and won't return for service. They lost my business and the purchase of the car was absolutely great! So, now to get my money back for the alignment. For the record, I tried calling them more than once, before posting my review, but no one has even cared to call me back. I was told a manager would call me, but hasn't.

The lady on the call was very short and a tad snarky. The first time I called I was placed on hold and no one picked up. My appointment was made but could have been done with a nicer attitude.

Great customer service! I recently had my vehicle serviced and was very pleased with the outcome. In addition, I am an amputee and they were kind enough to offer me valet service. I am grateful to their new Service Manager, Jordan Darby for ensuring I was pleased with my service experience!

Jamal was great! Brought in my old but reliable 08 Honda FIT Sport and got the front suspension issues resolved. I appreciate Jamal’s upfront attitude and his ability to take ownership when things didn’t go as he had estimated. This speaks of how empowered the employees at this Honda dealership are. The only service center I've ever left feeling good!! Out of all the car dealership service centers I've used, (variety of manufacturers) My top rated is Olathe Honda by far. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and has patience in answering all your questions. They make you feel like they're glad you're there. The service team is one of the top reasons I purchased my 2nd Honda From them. Thanks to all of you! Thank you to Honda for hiring such a great team!

I always recieve good service while here but the wait times have always been abysmal for routine services. I've been going here since 2019 because I have maintanence packages on my cars that I purchased from this dealer. Every time I've gone in I've had to wait 2+ hours for something as simple as an oil change.

Brought my car in for overall inspection and was told my rear brakes need replaced soon. Got two other opinions and was told my brakes are at 7mm. I don’t appreciate being jerked around. Will not be doing business here again. I generally prefer going to a Honda dealership when I need an expert to look at my Honda and give a diagnosis on items outside of general maintenance. However if you think people don’t get a second or third opinion when getting ready to dish out money for repairs, you clearly picked the wrong guy.

I bought a 21 Civic Sport from them, they were great. They shined up my car, gave me the full experience, my salesman went through the settings one on one as well as made sure do i had any questions just to let him know. They give you some maintenance on the house. Par (Pardeep) was a great salesman. As soon as we got to the lot he greeted us and was very knowledgeable and led us around to each trim we discussed. Super professional, super personable. gave me a pen. (5 stars cause he bought it on his own dime i think, if i could give him 10 i would). Deondre (finance in training) did a good job as well, he seemed to learn very quickly. Finance guy kinda bothered me because he introduced himself to me and my father but not my mother because she wasn’t on the papers (but she was writing the check so i found it to be kinda rude). He did a great job other than that. All of the men that helped us with my first car purchase were very friendly, kind, and fun to talk to. They were very knowledgable about their products and really didn’t beat around the bush too much. overall great experience. Will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Scheduled a service appointment for my wife 6/30/25; she received her confirmation text went there and they tell her she’s not on the schedule until 7/7/25. We live 30 miles away. Waste of time, waste of gas. The issue was written up as needs immediate attention but the service writer acted like it wasn’t something serious requiring immediate attention hopefully they can get their act together next week. I’ll update

NEVER GO HERE!!! My wife has had nothing but problems with this service team. The service members are disrespectful, unorganized, and clearly don't care about their jobs. This morning, my wife had a scheduled appointment to get new tires (scheduled over a week ago). When she arrived this morning, the service team had no idea why she was there, what tires were ordered, what she was quoted, and made her feel like she did something wrong. We have spoken to management in the past about our experiences, and were reassured her bad experiences wouldn't happen again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, fool me again, you won't have my business again. We were looking to buy a new Honda this summer, but you better believe it won't be from Olathe Honda. DO BETTER OLATHE HONDA.

We bought our civic from here years ago. We took it in for service today. It was supposed to take 60-90 minutes and cost around $100. They said she should get new brake pads and resurface the rotors for an extra $400. She was hesitant but agreed. After 3 hours they came back to her and informed her that they can't resurface the rotors and have to replace them. They say we can't drive the car off the lot and that the price is now an additional $1000 (after they graciously /s dropped $200 off of that price). So I got a call from my sobbing wife after 3 hours and the price is now $1100. This is EXTORTION. NEVER AGAIN will we use Honda of Olathe Service. NEVER AGAIN will we buy a car from Honda of Olathe. We may not even buy another Honda again at all. I have lots of tolerance for lots of different things in life, but make my bride cry and it is war.

Every member of the service staff is very nice and will do their best to help fix the issue you are having with your car. The waiting room is very spacious, and they offer complimentary coffee and individually wrapped snacks like granola bars. During non-Covid times they have donuts, fruit, and other snacks. They also have free WiFi as well as computer stations to use while you wait. They also do quality work and stand behind it. The main reason I bring my car here is because I bought it here, but I would recommend any Honda owner to bring their car here for repairs.

Pretty negative experience here at the service center. We typically take our Honda Civic here for service (knowing it will cost more) but in return the customer service kept us coming back. However, I made an appointment the day before for 7:45 AM the next morning. Gentlemen I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Took the car in the next morning as was not greeted by the friendliest woman. She said I did not have an appointment in the system and treated it as though I had made up the entire call from the day before. None the less, she looked at our tire and told me it would need to be replaced and they couldn’t get a new tire until the next day. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere because she clearly didn’t want it. Got in and out the same day at another location and even better, they told me the tire did not need to be replaced and cost me $30 as opposed to the $250 a new tire would cost here. I’m not one to typically write reviews but this experience felt like it warranted one. Won’t be taking our Honda here anymore.
