Second driveshaft I have taken them and both times I was the one getting the shaft. Called to get a quote on replacing a tube. Took it in dropped it off and when I was called and told it was done the price was 4 times...that's right 4 times as much as the quote. The first time was outrageous as well. I'll bet there isnt a third. Save yourself a headache and dont go there.

We asked Inland to help us figure out why we were getting error messages which indicated that there was a problem with a fuel sensor on our Mitsubishi FE180 truck. They had the truck a day and called us back to say that it would cost us $1500 to replace the sensor. We then went on the internet and found that the retail cost for the sensor in question was about $212.00, meaning the labor charge would be around $1300.00. We decided to seek a second opinion and went to get the truck - at which time they billed us $312.87 for their work. Given our discussion with them, it appears they probably spent less than an hour of shop time to arrive at their diagnosis. I leave it to you to figure out the math in this instance. We took it to another shop - Anderson Automotive - on 159th, in Olathe, who faithfully ran through all the diagnostics, cleared all the codes, and took the truck on a 40 minute test drive to see if they could make the truck generate the error codes again. When we went to pick up the truck, they told us there would be NO Charge since they weren't able to nail down the source of the problem. End result? Anderson as always treated us right, and I would have started with them if I knew they handled diesel trucks. They are the best. Really. And as far as Inland goes, from our perspective, we could never again make the mistake of going there for service.

I had the driveshaft for my F250 rebuilt by them. It came out with new joints, a serviced slip joint, a new carrier bearing, was balanced and painted. They knocked it out in about four days. Reinstalled and the vibration is gone. Thanks guys!

I took a 2 part drive line out of a 1970 Chevy C/10 to Inland to have it balanced, thinking that was the reason I had a vibration. Turns out I needed a new yoke and u-joints (I had already replaced the carrier bearing). I was surprised to find a new looking drive line when I went in to pick it up. I was not expecting them to paint it and put the proper labels on it. Welds all look good.

Way too expensive. Nice people, but they charged me $1,100 for a front axle brake job. New rotors, shoes, and labor. I think they're a few hundred dollars more than a going average shop rate. I won't go there anymore. My mechanic in Zephyrhills Fl charges $750 for a front axle brake job. Rotors, shoes, labor. That's what you get when you need repairs and you're thousands of miles from home

I was not able to get tubing removed from push to connect fittings so I clipped the tubing and took the assembly to Inland where they got the stubborn tube segments removed for me. They spent about ten minutes on it but did not take payment for their time. Thanks Inland. I will certainly go to you again for future needs.

I highly recommend Inland Truck Parts & Service in Olathe, KS!! I took my trucks aluminum drive shaft in to have it checked for balance and straighness. They had checked it for me by the time I was driving out of the parkinglot. Tyson, the service rep, came out to catch me as I was driving off. He saved me (time & money) a trip back to pick it up. He said that they have already check it and confimed that there wasn't an issue with balance or trueness. Tyson took me back and let me see the balance test with my own eyes. Brad, the manager, gave me some great ideas for other possible issues that are causing my vibration. There was no charge for the checking it. This type of service is hard to find now days. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I will be a return customer based on my experiance and I'll be referring others here too. Thanks guys!

Id give it a zero star if I could. This place sucks so bad. If you want to constantly keep taking your trucks here to get your problems “fixed”, and you want to waste A LOT OF MONEY, then this is the place for you. Don’t waste your time here. They are so so so bad. I wouldn’t be surprised if they took this review down.

Yes, I had truck problems my engine light stayed on and I will refer to inland truck parts and service. Mr. Brad Smith and a employee had put my truck on the computer. They found what the problem was. Plus, I had low transmission fluid. They were very friendly, professional and polite. I really appreciate them getting me back on the road and asked me to get them a follow up on the situation. If the engine light came back on this is Ricky from Dallas.

Excellent Customer Service. I brought in the driveshaft out of my 64 Mercury to have it checked and balanced. The service techs got right on it and had it done in less than 1 hour while I waited. Their shop is clean and well managed. Thank you again for helping me out today.

I had a pusher axle bearing go out on my truck called up and ask what the schedule was like to get in. we thought there was a chance the spindle was messed up, the owner said come on up we can look at it right away and see if we can get it done. was 2 hours away and when we arrived pulled us straight in went straight to work, even the owner was working on it as well. they had everything in stock bearings, races, wheel seals, and everything else that it needed. before they installed anything they gave me a price for everything out the door. they were great on pricing and did an exceptional job cleaning everything before putting it back 2gether. I really do recommend this shop if you're in Kansas

The Guys here are awesome. Very down to earth and accommodating. I had a great experience. I brought my 4 year old son with me and it was also raining outside. The staff was patient and understanding with me. And even had some candy to offer my son. Very professional and excellent service. I can't say enough about them! I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing over-the-road or Diesel work. Fantastic Service. Thank you again! I'll be back!

Even though they didn’t repair my truck this time, the team was amazing — very friendly, respectful, and honest. They took the time to explain everything and gave me great advice. You can tell they really care about drivers, not just money. I truly appreciate their help and attitude! RED AND WHITE LLC

Update…Today they contacted my husband and made things right immediately. I have say I really appreciate and respect any company that will respect the opinions of the public and work to find solutions. solutions. Thank You Inland Truck Parts & Services and Manager Brad Smith Husband took his drive shaft off the truck and to them, they were told it needed new U-joints and have it balanced but the rear u-joint didn’t fit the truck. Husband explained which one it needed… when he got it home, it did not fit his truck. Husband ended up just doing it himself, when he called them about it they told him to bring back the u-joint and they would reimburse him for it. So my husband had to take time off work to get it done to begin with, paid them and still had to do it himself. They should reimburse him for half the labor as well as for the part. They were either in a hurry and didn’t pay attention or they just don’t care about the work they do or any type of public relations.

So most the time I try and spend my money locally I decided to bring my drive shaft here to be rebuilt because it was bent. I call ahead for a rough estimate and was told roughly $450. Fantastic I drop it off and was told there real busy. I said no problem I'll deal with it asked if it would be more than 2 weeks and was told no probably not. So a week and a half goes by and I call to see what's going on eta wise. They tell me they haven't even looked at it and he would call back for the quote,ok no problem I said. 30 min latter I'm being told 575 before tax and mind you there reusing my yoke and the end peace, I get a new tube and u joints wich probably at most run $25 a peace and a tube at $100 max. Then labor I guess is $500 lol nope I ordered 1 online to my door from a race shop in Arkansas $419. All new everything and took 3 days only. Way to price yourself out of local business. Good job 👏
