I was referred to L & D Auto by a friend of mine. I drive a BMW & was not aware of the faulty timing chain for 2012-2014 X3 models. When it broke, it caused significant damage. Baron BMW "assessed" the damage & told me I needed a complete new engine for 13K! I immediately had it towed to L & D. They took the time to properly assess the damage, and gave me options. Although it was still a costly repair, it was nothing like what Baron quoted me. I am thoroughly impressed with the care & communication by Jose' and his staff. I am a loyal customer of L & D Auto from now on. They do a great job!

L&D HAS WORKED ON MY BMW, Caddy,.Chevy, and my Plymouth truck. A great job each time. I have referred my two god daughter to them for service on their vehicles, and they were both satisfied.I always checked other repair shop for estimates on the same job before going to L&D. L&D has always been fair and reasonable. I recommend them.

Questions were asked and answered as to filter change. Etc then when the bill was presented the windshield wipers were changed and a different kind installed for a total of over 54.00. I wasn't expecting that as have used a higher quality that the parts store install for free! Not happy about this as didn't expect it.

I have had my car for 6 years and needed some minor body work. I also wanted a “detail” done to make my car feel new again. This was my first time working with this business. The work was done quickly and at a great price and my car has NEVER been this clean!! It’s beautiful —you would never be able to tell any body work was needed! Carlos told me that the steering box was the issue with my truck and replaced it, claiming it would resolve the problem. However, even after the repair, the steering still has a lot of movement. As well as my front suspension he told me to replace the whole front end and it still remains as if he hadn’t worked on it. Overall they are overpriced and can’t get the job done right.

My vehicle was having some mysterious interior water leaking issues when it would rain. I took it in and worked with Jose, Angel, and Hector, each of them are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, explained everything to me clearly, and handled the repair in a really reasonable time frame. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Finding a shop that’s both skilled and honest hasn’t been easy for me personally, but these guys for sure exceeded my expectations of quality work! Recommend!
