Ordered tires on the Walmart web site. Install was was done in an hour and a half. The only reason it's not five stars is I need to run back by so they can synch the new valve stems to the truck's safety system AND they didn't put caps on the new valve stems (I didn't notice what wasn't done until after I'd already left). I hope they didn't overlook anything else during mounting and balancing the tires.

My son had a tire installed in Dec 2022. At the time he also paid for an alignment. After paying and reaching his car the tire was already flat so they pulled it back in. They said it was the valve stem and fixed it. He drove it home and the next morning it was flat again! They fixed it again. Now it's May 2023 and the tire looks this bad plus the wire mesh is exposed. He went back in to see what could be done and they blamed it on a bad alignment and he reminded them that they did the alignment. The employee kept cutting him off and claiming they don't even do alignments and he must have gone to another location, which is funny because this is the ONLY location we use. The employee also said it would also be due to rough driving (assumption made due to my son's age). My son has anxiety and won't even get on a highway let alone drive in such a manner. Heck he walked out the store during this conversation due to his anxiety. --Use at your own risk--

Incompetent, lazy, unprofessional, stuck up and they have no problem solving skills whatsoever. Came here twice, first this older guy with glasses at the front desk of their auto center could not use the computer to look up the tires I needed so he told me they didn't have them. Turns out they did because I went around to their drive up bays to get a flat tire replaced that same day, and another guy attended me and said they did have the tire I needed. Second time I went, I had made an appointment to get some tires replaced. I show up exactly at the time I'm supposed to and a guy with a birthmark on his face tells me there's a 4 HOUR WAIT, with an appointment. He had an attitude and he didn't even try to help, for example he didn't provide any other options, like rescheduling, adding me to the wait list, offering to cancel the appointment/order or even an apology. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your tires or oil replaced, never coming here again!

Came in for a patch for a nail, talked to the manager, who already seems annoyed, goes out to look at the issue, told me it was going to be a 2hr wait, fine.. then tried to tell me I needed a new tire instead of just a patch.... (it was in the green zone of the wheel - not side wall area) said that was fine, but then he looked up the tire and supposedly didn't have it in stock. By this point I could tell he already didn't want to work on the car and this just seemed like an excuse to not touch it. If you don't really know about cars or car related issues, don't go here because they'll take advantage of you. TLDR: Bad experience, rude employee, go somewhere where the company/employees care about the customer.

Ordered new tires to this location to be installed on my vehicle on 6-11-2024. Today is 6-27-2024. The service took forever (over 2 hours with an appointment). There was a couple who did not have an appointment that walked in, received service for an oil change and left before I was even seen. On top of that upon driving off I noticed my tire pressure light was on. I looked all over and even put more air on my tires. The light came on within hours of me putting air in them. I was finally able to get my vehicle to the Walmart off of 119th & Glenwood today and wouldn't you know there is a NAIL in my tire. It was likely in my tire when it was installed because there is no way my light should have been on as soon as I drove away from getting them installed. I'm upset because I should receive a new tire free of charge but walmart will only do a patch because they consider the tire repairable. First and very last time ordering tires from Walmart. Beware - that is the reason they have you sign a form acknowledging that walmart does not inspect tires for quality/safety.

Not happy with the auto service at the Walmart on Alden Street in Olathe Kansas. A year ago I tried them for the first time and let them change my oil and they overfilled it. I got there early today and waited line over an hour only for the attendant to tell me I have to make an appointment now! I think they should put a sign up there on the exterior of the building next to the working hours if they're going to require appointments. I Will not ever come back to this location again!

I went to buy a tire, and I asked the guy there. He said, Come tomorrow, I was like I'm not requesting a service for my car just grab me a tire, check me out, and let me go. He said no. I asked to talk to someone else, and he said I'm the manager, and he started showing his badge name "ERIC" you're so rude and disrespectful, and you need to learn how to talk and respect customers. I'll never ever come back to this walmart again

I checked on the website to ask if an appointment was required and it says it was first come first serve based ; that I could make an appointment but it wasn’t required . I came to the place and got on the line only 1 car was ahead of me and the guy comes with an attitude and asked if I had an appointment I said no and explained what I saw on the website he said “ you will be bumped every time we get an appointment so I can’t warranty the wait time” And I said “ do you have a lot of appointments?” He counted 7 So 1 he could be A LOT NICER 2 you guys can update your website so we can have the right information

Today I had the worse experience trying just to get information with one of the customers services representative who gave me a very bad time. Fist his actitud so rude talking and interrupting then throwing the tablet. Talkings with my roommate he said that he went to Walmart and had the same experience and then I knew that I wasn’t wrong. Here are the pictures.

This place is terrible.... waited 2 hours after I purchased tires and made an appointment. Appointment was supposed to be an hour. After 2 hours they had not even taken my car into the bay, when I came to check on the progress the took the car in just to tell me within 4 minutes of looking at it that they couldn't change my tires and needed to make a refund of my purchase... I'll stick with discount tires even if I pay a bit more... this definitely was a once and never again experience...

I stopped by this location on Saturday at 6:30 am, before the 7:10 am opening, and was informed that tire services wouldn't be available until 4:30 pm due to the staff being alone. I've had similar experiences in the past when visiting for oil changes or other services, and it's frustrating to always receive excuses. Walmart please look into this matter. Poor customer service 😔

This is the third time in a row where I've tried to get some tire work done on my cars and every time, it's been a painful experience. The first time, they told me the lug nuts on my car were swollen and they feared it would damage my car if they tried to take them off. They told me I needed to have the lug nuts replaced before they could do anything. Please note that I was aware that the OEM lugnuts do have the swelling issue and had them replaced with solid one piece lug nuts to avoid any issues long before this appointment. This was explained and they still refused to work on my car. The second time, they actually got the tires installed but after a lot of discussions and back and forth. This last time, I ordered tires online to be shipped to the store. I scheduled an appointment the day prior, only to be called an hour ahead of the appointment. They told me that they won't be able to install the tires since the machine they have is incapable of doing so. First time ever hearing of this type of issue. I think it's clear that these people don't want to work and will find whatever excuse to not do anything. Stay away from this auto care center.

I called up because I bought a battery 8 months ago and it died. They told me to bring it in and have it checked, said they would replace it if it was under warranty, which it still was. Although I had a receipt, I didn't even need it. They were able to look it up in their system and replaced the battery quickly. While I was there, some guy parked his huge truck and trailer blocking the narrow road to get in/out of the auto center. An employee politely asked him to move it so other vehicles could get through, and the guy started cursing at the employee. The guy was just trying to do his job (on a Sunday, no less) and got cursed at for no reason. It's frustrating to see that kind of behavior, and it sucks those guys have to deal with it. The employee remained professional despite the guy's poor behavior.

I went to Walmart for an oil change, but the price I was charged was different from what I was originally quoted — the receipt didn’t match. When I spoke to the *service manager agent*, his response was rude and disrespectful. If it were his own business, I believe he would have acted more professionally. Very disappointing experience. I later went to *customer service* and got reimbursed the difference. Always double-check your *receipt and invoice*.

I had an appointment at 10:30. In my email reminder the day before I was told to show up early. As I pulled in I noticed a line of cars in the oil change lane. They had already lined up walk ins. There was about 5 total. I got there at 10:10 and no one was at the counter. 4 auto employees walked past me without aknowledging me. Around 10:25 I stopped an employee (noticing none of these cars had moved) and told him I had an appointment at 10:30. He said that there were a lot of walk ins and to come back before 7 and then walked away. I work 2nd shift so that’s not possible for me to do. Why did I schedule an appointment if walk ins get priority over the time I scheduled for.

Went in for an oil change and checked in. Walking around the store I’m getting notifications that my appointment was canceled. I go back to the auto center and they said it’s fine. Car is finally done after 1.5 hours, which is fine. I’m there to pay Lee throws my keys at me across the counter and I said please do not throw things at me my hand is right here. Lee just stood there and stared at me so I asked can I pay and he huffed and rolled his eyes. I get in my car and the dashboard says oil is 21% until empty for the oil. I go back in to tell them and the guy that checks the cars in says oh it just needs to reset. So he resets the dashboard. Did they really change my oil? Will never go back, not even to the store. Bad customer service-bad business.

I was passing through Kansas and called all the Walmarts around Olathe.Marvin was the ONLY one who picked up with professionalism and kindness. He got my vehicle in immediately for an oil change and four brand-new tires. Absolutely top-tier service—Marvin deserves a raise! Thank you for getting me back on the road safe with a Peace of mind!

Went in for a wheel service. My vehicle was functioning perfectly fine. Picked my vehicle up with a damaged obd port, rear view camera not working, radio system not working. Management and their claim carrier denied damage due to the staff lying to cover their tracks. Will be escalating this matter to court due to the store refusal to show me footage of my vehicle getting serviced. DO NOT USE THEM!
