I went there to get a new Headlight light bulb. I am a senior and know nothing about cars. They young man- red hair- red beard came out to my car took out the old bulb and put the new bulb in a matter of minutes. He was super friendly and helpful. I asked him if I could pay him for installing it and he said no. This might not be a big deal to some, but to me his help was a huge kindfull gesture. Thank you!

Needed to get a battery for my truck. When I was on my way out, my truck wouldn't start. Didn't have the tools needed, but the staff was extremely willing to help replace my battery on site. I know this is a typical thing for them to do, but when someone is need of help, this is extremely good customer service. I really appreciate them for their help that day.

I've frequented this location several times since moving here a couple years ago. The staff are consistenly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and are always willing to help customers save $$ by helping them install brake lights, wipers, batteries, etc. They are really one of the best businesses around and it boils down to staff. Honestly, it seemed like…. possibly a horrible manager of some sort had problems with one particular guy working there, because everything he did, the “manager” felt the need to correct him in front of multiple customers, which is extremely unprofessional to say the very least… He was helping me, because I have no idea how to read a fuse box panel that does not match the vehicle and I have looked online myself, so I needed further direction. O’Reillys used to be committed to helping customers, and this guy with long hair was extremely rude and disrespectful by telling the other worker We don’t help them. They have to do it themselves multiple times concerning completely different things. So you’re telling me ORilleys doesn’t help at all. Then Why would I ever come here. I’m not a mechanic.

OK let me just say first of all going to an auto parts store as a female tends to be a little difficult. Occasionally, you will come across men that treat you like you’re stupid even though you’re really trying to understand and learn. This O’Reilly was different. The women inside were so helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help me and even explained things that I wasn’t understanding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had a battery issue with my wife's truck. I brought both batteries into the store and I was greeted by the Store Manager Ella. She took the time to individually evaluate each battery and give me options on what I could do. The store was clean, the battery I needed was in stock, the price was fair, and Ella's Customer Service was fantastic! She mentioned that they were running a deal on wiper blades and even offered to change them for me. I had forgotten that I needed wiper blades and I bought them based on her recommendation. I would highly recommend Ella and this store. I love great Customer Service! Well done!
