I have been coming to Tires Plus on Santa Fe for the past year. Carl always does a fantastic job getting me in when it works with my schedule, and he never tries to sell me things I don’t need! I was able to call and get a same day appointment to replace all 4 tires. I needed to get some other services done. Carl explained each service and the cost involved. I didn’t feel any pressure to make a hurried decision. I received a quote on the services I didn’t get. Overall a very good experience.

I had a two hour wait for my service. I asked for a ride across the parking lot to Walmart so I could get prescriptions and do other shopping. Its in the same shopping plaza. The guy Francis told me no one could do that. It would've taken a minute. Instead I had to walk in the heat. Im a senior with back problems. I also had to walk back. I understand its not their fault I didn;t have a ride but they certainly couldve accommodated me. Second I asked them to call when they finished. They didnt. I walked back because I felt it had been long enough. They were finished with my car. I will say the manager (Carl)was very apologetic and kind about the mix-up. I didn't meet him when I dropped my car off. Third after driving my car about 3 or 4 miles my service light came on. It was indicating I needed oil. So I called and was told I needed to bring my car back in so they could reset it. So the next day I had to take time out of my day just to go back for that. Yes it only took a few minutes but it should've been currently done the day of service.

I came in the first time for new tires and then the next time was for a new wiring harness for a burnt out head light. These guys are very professional and friendly. The ipne grey haired guy with the beard was cracking jokes with the customers while we were waiting in the lobby . I will be coming back for sure and they don’t just do tires, they pretty much do it all. I also want to add that I came in on a tight budget and they broke down everything for me before I had to pay so that I wouldn’t spend too much or spend anything that I didn’t need. That kinda honesty is very important to me because I’m not a mechanic and have to trust these guys to be fair with me. For example I needed one new headlight and they didn’t force me to buy two like most places probably would

A huge “Thank You” to the guys at Tires Plus for getting my truck in a fixing a tire late in the evening. I got a fast air leak out of a tire and called multiple places to bring my truck in and couldn’t find one until I called Tires Plus. Other establishments sent their people home, a couple an hour before closing, and nobody would help me. They stayed a half hour, after they were supposed to close, to do my tires and get me back on the road. I truly appreciate the service they gave me and will definitely be back to their establishment.

I initially took my 4Runner to Tires Plus at 158th & Metcalf to fix a slow tire leak. I took time off work for the appointment, but unfortunately they couldn’t find the issue and the tire was still leaking. After that experience, I called the Alden location and worked with Francis, and the difference was night and day. Francis (team) kept me informed the entire time, clearly put in the effort, and ultimately found a small screw in the tire that had been causing the leak all along. He got it fixed. I’ll gladly drive the extra 8 minutes for service like that. Francis earned my trust, and that location will be my go-to from now on.

Great, fast service. I came in for the big tire sale and got 4 new tires for my car. It was easy to make a weekend appointment and drop my car off. They got everything done quickly and treated my car with extra care. Which I greatly appreciate. The store manager and everyone I interacted with were super nice. As a woman I felt very comfortable bringing my car here. Which is very important to me. The tires look amazing and they improved my ride quality.
