Pretty reputable bunch of mechanics. Willing to talk through the what needs to be done now, what should be done when, and what can be done if wanted. They can get pretty busy because they are good at what they do so don't be surprised if it may take a while to get your vehicle fixed up. But once they do you should be good to go. They work on my collection of 1990, 2000, and 2010-era vehicles, some with 100K to 200K miles. If they can keep 'em running, I'll keep driving them.

Amazing service. I was quoted $5,000 from dealership for timing cover leak. Rob and Jeff said it was not a leak, just seepage. Nothing to “fix” or repair at this point and isn’t a big deal. They were 100% honest and didn’t even charge me to take a look!

No extra charges or hidden fees. Good luck catching them when they are not swamped. There's a good reason for it and that's because they are professionals! Even when swamped they will make time for you granted you have a couple days. They are very friendly when explaining the work that needs done as well as listening to your concerns. Industry standard costs but never wonder if it was done the right way or if you are paying for work that doesn't need done. Only had one issue in the last 5 years. It was just 1 day after some routine work was done on my car. They were very honest about it being their fault. Fixed it at no charge and made it their #1 priority. All in all a honest shop that completes the job!

If you ever need a good mechanic who truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. We were having transmission issues and had to take our car into the dealership. While there, they told us we need about $2,000 in additional work and that the car was unsafe to drive. We immediately called Rob’s and let them know the situation. They had us bring the car in and gave us better information and a practical, well-priced solution. They also answered all our questions and were professional without any run-around. I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful service. We will be lifelong customers!

I have used Rob's for years, and here's why. If you are skeptical that there are no honest auto repair shops anymore, then be skeptical no more. I took my vehicle to another repair shop to get an estimate, which was $2,200 dollars. Go to Rob's. Estimate $1,100 dollars, for EXACTLY the same parts and service. Compare estimates. The "other" guys were up charging me almost 400% for the parts, and almost 100% on the labor charges. The professionalism, honesty, and service is off the charts. I would give them 100 stars if I could. It's just very nice to know that there is at least ONE place is this crazy society we live in now, that still keeps customer service and satisfaction as their top priority. Thank you to all the Rob's staff for keeping it classy.

This is my most trusted auto repair shop. I repaired different cars over the years. They are always professional and affordable. I have also recommended this place to my friends many times. Yesterday my car wouldn't start and I came again, and they checked and found out it was probably my key problem. I changed the key today and the car restarted. They didn't even charge me anything.
