it was really my first time buying a car from an actual dealership my big girl purchase, and I wasn’t sure what to expect from the process but Elise G. made the process very smooth for me, I literally just had to sign and drive, the whole team was really a big help for me, I would definitely recommend any buyer especially a first time buyer to visit their location.

I recently buy this KIA K5 2025 here and I can say that it was a wonderful experience, they treated us super well, they are very kind, very helpful and were always aware of everything, so much so that they are still very aware of any problem or doubt I have, they are always willing to answer any question in the most kind and attentive way, I especially thank them and invite you that if you want or are looking for a vehicle go with Rafe Preston, he was the one who attended me from the moment I entered and he was a wonderful person with all the procedures and also it was very fast, everything was done so quickly that in less than 3 hours I was already driving my KIA K5

Found what I thought was a decent deal on a 7 month old 2023 Niro HEV. Found out this dealer charges $999 doc fee and has a mandatory “protection package” you cannot decline, another $1400 in my case all above advertised price for a total increase of $2399 above advertised price. I negotiated the best deal I could but found these practices unreasonable and unethical. I should have backed away at this point, but the salesman was working hard to gain my business, right up until the deal was signed.
My car was listed as certified pre-owned (CPO) with a spotless car fax, no accidents, one owner. Upon delivery I only received one key. The dealership suggested I file a fraudulent “lost or damaged key” claim against the protection package they forced me to buy to obtain a second key as they only had the one they gave me. Unethical, but it gets worse. The dealer advised me this car was a service loaner at the dealership and was being cycled out and sold as pre-owned. Also not true.
I found the previous owners paperwork still in the glove box including all the sensitive personal detail, SS number, DOB, everything including their finance contract and Kansas registration. As well as a repair bill for $7k for an impact with a deer that happened months prior to me purchasing the car. So much for a clean car fax, my car has significant collision damage history that was not disclosed. I assume the car fax was not legitimate.
I contacted the previous owner who verified the deer collision and assured me the dealer was fully aware when he traded the car in with only 7k miles on it that it had been in an accident. He also complained about their tactics and I could see why in his finance contract which I agreed to destroy along with all personal info. He actually had the second key and agreed to give it to me, but absolutely not to the dealer.
It took several months to get a title, my 60 day temp tag expired and they gave me a dealer plate while I continued to wait. Illegal use of a dealer plate in the state of Kansas.
When my title arrived the information was incorrect. Took several trips to the DMV and faxes and phone calls to the dealer to resolve.
Found the Kia emblem was missing from the front bumper due to the collision repair. Seems like quality repair work. They did provide the emblem upon me sending them then CPO checklist showing emblems are part of the process to certify.
Found the car is not in the system as CPO (certified pre-owned) and does not retain the full Kia warranty. Upon contacting the dealer they suggested I purchase a third party warranty. Fraud and misrepresentation. My warranty is now 60k and should be 100k miles.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealer at all costs. I’ve purchased many new and pre owned vehicles over the years but this experience was shockingly terrible.
