Made an appointment 2 days prior to having the service done (oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection). Dropped my vehicle off the night before so they could work on it first thing. I called at 8:30am and was told my truck was next to be serviced. By 2pm I hadn't received a phone call so I called and they told me again that my truck was next to be worked on. I got upset because I went above and beyond by bringing my truck the night before and then I get the run around. The guy also said "If you don't like it, you can pick up your truck and take it somewhere else". Terrible customer service. Very poor management skills that setting up appointments means nothing. I will definitely take their advice and go somewhere else for all future service.

Imagine making an appointment at this location and making your own appointment on a day available on the website on a Saturday and they call you to change it because the service is not possible, then they suggest you change it to first thing on Sunday being the first person in the store and the person who is in front of the store tells you that you cannot stay to wait since you can only leave the car, I told him that I did not have anyone to pick me up and I would wait, the person contemptuously said OK you will wait more than 6 hours, I responded I do not want to sound rude but I really do not have anyone to pick me up and I will wait now when I have been waiting for more than 7 hours people arrive and leave as if nothing and my car is not serviced for no reason since people arrive and leave you ask nethan three times and he laughs in your face and tells you that the next car is yours, already tired of waiting I decided to leave the store, they did not offer me help to pick up my tires and I ended up putting them on my car, I consider them to be unprofessional at least with Latino people since I do not see another reason for them to treat me, it's incredible that things like this continue to happen in the 21st century

I brought my Ram 1500 to the Firestone at 135th & Blackbob for a rotate, balance, alignment, and oil change. Firestone is the only shop that has ever worked on my truck. While doing the service, they told me several lug nuts and a wheel studs were ruined, something I should not be responsible for, considering they’re the only ones who’ve touched my wheels. At first, they quoted me over $450 out of pocket, then another senior service advisor suddenly reduced it to $180 plus parts, a confusing and frustrating price change. On top of that, I had to wait over 3.5 hours in the store. Very disappointing. I will not be coming back, even though I purchased the lifetime alignment package. To continue the next day I had oil stains in my garage and driveway due to their lack of cleaning up the old oil. Just terrible overall experience and hope they aren’t always this awful. 100% won’t be back.

Do not take your car here!!!!! They do not know what they’re doing! I dropped my car off & then when I went to pick it up, I couldn’t even drive my car! Had to get a tow for it!! They couldn’t tell me anything , they didn’t offer to check what they did wrong! Just looked at me sideways. Come to find out, STEVE did not put my coils on correctly, none of them! So obviously you can’t drive your car like that. So now I have a tow bill on top of everything else. Terrible customer service, terrible training. Not happy at all!

Had a horrible time at this location. My concerns were NOT addressed. After my car went into the shop, I had several issues resulting in me going up to this location 2 weeks after my service date for simple things like my tire air pressure and service lights. When taking my car to a DIFFERENT Firestone recently, It was brought to my attention that the work they do is “improper mechanics” and that they miss simple things (Pins and screws missing, ball joints not properly flushed). Never again will I go to THIS Firestone. When brought to the managers attention, he proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do since he had not seen my car since the service date (Which would have been reasonable had I not had several issues after said service date and been to the location in person to address the issues). When communicating these concerns to the manager (Robert) he proceeded to raise his voice and try to dismiss my concerns. Robert does not know to address customer complaints or how to properly communicate with customers. Save your money and time, and DO NOT go to this firestone.

Booked an appointment which apparently they didn’t make it to the best to get scheduled. Which is OK, I completely understand. However, my tire still is flat and the individual did not even offer to help me schedule an appointment for later today or something tomorrow or show me where another facility is. My warranty is under Firestone so working to help me find a different date or time or location would have been great, but not even a thought for the individual work in the desk.

FANTASTIC service. I stopped at this Firestone Complete Auto Care location to get a quote to fix my windshield washer nozzle as it was not spraying. I had another place tell me I would have to replace nozzles, hoses and even the washer fluid tank, for a cost of over $300. Rob asked if he could take a look at the issue. He quickly identified the the nozzles deteriorated and needed replaced, that was it. Rob was able to help me right there in the parking lot. I will definitely be coming back to this location again to fix a larger issue I have. I HIGHLY recommend Rob for all of your vehicle maintenance needs.

I came here to save time and instead got completely taken advantage of.My tire had a nail in it. First, they told me it was repairable. After they removed the tire, suddenly it wasn’t repairable anymore. When I asked them to put my old tire back on so I could go somewhere else for a second opinion, they refused. I was left with no choice but to buy a new tire from them on the spot.The worst part? Their “cheapest” tire cost me almost as much as I could have paid for FOUR tires at Discount Tire. This felt like a bait-and-switch and a pressure sale.I absolutely do NOT recommend Firestone to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere honest.

Qualified to handle car care, yes. Responsible communication and clear pricing when communicating "total" costs, no. Husband and I sighed but accepted the idea of an additional cost over planned, because he identified one selection of his car's body style incorrectly. But when he clearly asked "So what's that total then" on the phone while approving the changes, was quoted at least $100 less than what we finally paid. "And I saved you $20 on wiper blades today", they added. I didn't know we were getting wiper blades replaced; okay, I still dislike it, but that's not the worst considering wiper blades. The wiper blade cost wasn't included in that total. Which, in my opinion, means it wasn't a total. But even so, why still SO much higher? Sales tax, we are told. We we given the total, before sales tax. Even IF they had included the wiper blades, that is, rather, a subtotal. They could've said "Looking at $X before tax". They could've said "subtotal". They could've course corrected after the initial statement and added "There's gonna be tax on top of that". Instead, we're unexpectedly in about $250 more than the initial budget that we planned for and $100 over the cost expected had we gone to the same shop I have always used, where I'm even paying a markup on the tires since it's not a branded tire brand shop. The sign that hangs in their lobby is a founders quote of honesty being the fundamental foundation of their business. I question if their staff has noticed this sign. But hey tell you what, if my husband pulls into our driveway with all 4 tires still safely on, I'll come edit my rating up to 2 stars since it means they at least did the base job we came in for. EDIT: I know I just left this review, but here's the edit, and boy does it get worse. THEY DID NOT INSTALL THE WIPER BLADES. Husband got all the way down to the highway before he caught it, and was already turning around before these CAPABLE PROFESSIONALS noticed they forgot. Did they get the extra star for the tires existing? Yes! Did I immediately take it away because of them selling and forgetting a service we reasonably expected to have been completed when they called and told us "Your car is ready"? Also yes! Oh, and to whichever one looked my husband in the eye and said "there's a flower shop down the street"? He's not the one I'm mad at, my guy. Do your job right next time, comedy isn't your lane.
