Midas spent 5 minutes to locate a coolant leak. Than they spent about 3 minutes to readjust a hose clamp to stop the leak. They saved me hundreds of dollars for what another mechanic would charge me. When I asked them how much the bill would be, they said....."Theirs no cost to what we did." I was so pleased that I told them..."I do believe I've found my new mechanic." Today, they changed the oil in my Kia Forte with full synthetic oil. I'm definitely returning again.

Awesome shop that knows what they're doing. Got me in on a busy day and knew how to handle fleet managed vehicles for payment. Great experience at a car shop for once! Thank you. Update 01/02/24 Took my car back to this location for tires and once again received outstanding service from Tim and this shop! Will absolutely bring back for any needs while in the area. Thank you. Update 04/24/24 Cam in for a tire leak. Got me right in a parched it and got me back on the road. No issues, no extras. Also while in there, saw them send a gentleman away for a repair that wasn't needed, at no charge, saving him considerably. Thank you.

Alec was fabulous, extremely helpful, and honest! He found a way to fit me in on short notice the same day to diagnose the problem. In less than 10 min, he was able to determine the cause. Rather than just providing me a quote to repair the problem, he recognized that the issue was resulting from work that had been performed elsewhere and suggested I hold them responsible for the repairs. When I informed him that wasn't a viable option, he volunteered a much cheaper alternative given the age of my vehicle. He didn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem because it was so quick and easy! He also provided an interim solution until I could follow through on the alternative suggested. I've always had good experiences at Midas. Alec's foremost consideration was for the needs, concerns, and finances of the customer. His honesty and willingness to offer unknown, more cost-effective solutions may not seem like a good business decision, but it earned my trust and respect. I will only trust Midas for any future repairs!

I went to Midas in Olathe 2 days ago because my wife's car was making a scratching noise. They squeezed me in before they closed. Their auto tech took the car for a test drive and found that the noise was coming from a rock that was lodged between our rear rotor and caliper after spending time inspecting the tires, breaks and rotors. They removed the rock at no charge. I would highly recommend this Midas location.

Went up to Midas to get the boy’s car’s exhaust leak fixed before he went back to college. Of course the kid tells me with just a day or so to work on the problem. Tim (one of the Managers) gets my son’s car in right away, and I feel he is really trying to help me out. Phil (exhaust expert) shows me what the problem is and gives me some sage advice on how to handle the issue, which I really appreciate. What’s even better is they didn’t try to sell me a new muffler, they helped solve my problem instead. I’ll be back for sure. I wasn’t paid for this review, nor did I receive anything of value. Go there if you want honest helpful advice from real men trying to help you out.

Alec Lyons was the one who helped me with my car. He was patient when I explained everything wrong with it and he listened well. Very friendly and thoughtful when it came to service. They gave me a huge discount on labor and it really saved my life. He was very thorough explaining everything to me and even let me know what next I should get done with my car. I even mentioned another person having an issue with their car and he told me they do break checks and he explained if we mentioned names we would get a discount. Overall best experience I’ve had with any mechanic or oil change places, even better than my personal mechanic. 10 Stars out of five. Alec Lyons is an incredible worker and great customer service! A friend recommended that I go here and I was not disappointed! Chris was super professional and knowledgeable. He ran me through the whole process of what different packages come with. I only spent $60 for an oil change, tire rotation, brake check, and to have my fluids topped off! He even applied a $10 off coupon! I was in and out in 45 minutes! They offer a $29.99 off coupon, but then raise the price at checkout. The posted price is $89.99 for full synthetic, but when I got home and looked at the itemized receipt, it says parts and labor was $92.99. then they add a disposal fee which brought the total to $74.48. Had I looked at the itemized receipt before I paid, I would have shown them my police badge and at least gotten the 10% off for first responder. But they probably would have added more fees to bring it right back up.

Tim is wonderful. He's helped up a number of times at this point. Recently we had to leave our vehicle at the shop during the winter storm, and when we came to pick it up Tim was out there shoveling to make sure we could get out, going above and beyond to help us out. I went to this Midas location in Olathe, KS, to install a Jesus Christ license plate on the front bumper of my vehicle. I asked them if they could do it, they did not hesitate and agreed on helping me out. Once they finished. (Fast and quick), They did not charge me at all. They even gave me a bottle of water while waiting. Thank you guys, me and Jesus surely appreciate this act of kindness. May God bless you

Super friendly. I walked in for the first time & was greeted by name. I tried to present a coupon for my oil change & the man behind the counter gave me an even better coupon! Walmart has been my go-to for years but I'm tired of the rudeness & terrible customer service. Midas also explained that my car doesn't need it's oil changed as often as I thought! (They told me that when u get full synthetic oil, it only needs to be changed every 7500-10,000 miles. I've been going every 3K miles, as per Walmart's advice.) I'm very happy with Midas & will definitely go back. I'll also be recommending them to others.

Tim Hare and his team did an AMAZING job of replacing four tires on our Subaru Ascent. Tim did an excellent job the day before of going over the different tire options and pricing over the phone and an order was placed. The tires came in today and I was in and out of the shop in 2 hours. He also handled the claim for us with our extended warranty company.
