*DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP* Let me explain; The price you pay is tempting and makes you feel like you’re getting a deal. DO NOT TRUST IT. You pay for what you get. They misdiagnosed a cupped tire as a bent wheel. WAY over torqued all my lug nuts to the point I wouldn’t have been able to get them off in an emergency AND cross-threaded most of them as well (lazy and just used an impact gun to drive the lug nuts on as tight as they saw fit). I had to buy a new set of lugs ($70) for all wheels at the next shop because they were all in bad shape. Laziness and lack of attention to detail which will threaten your safety. Please, go to a reputable tire shop (Discount Tire on 95th St. near Oak Park Mall was amazing) and pay a little more and save yourself a weekend or even a paycheck of hassle later. I was lucky my studs were still in good shape. Also, they will try to get away with not balancing your wheels as well. Please do not go here. I was LUCKY it wasn’t worse than it was. They sound nice over the phone, but will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale and then provide your vehicle with terrible service. Disrespectful, lazy, and outright terrifying that people would treat you and your vehicle like this.

Go someplace else, anyplace else but here. I bought a brand new tire from them and when I went to pick up my car, the tire was filled to 49 PSI when the max is 38. I made it 1 mile down the road before my tpms sensor actually fell off inside my tire and rolling around. I went back and the scam artist behind the counter pointed to a piece of paper that says they are not responsible for broken monitors and told me he could fix it for $130. Never have I had an issue like this at any other tire store. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else, you will not regret it.

the owner is very rude does not understand how to talk to the customer. The dealing is not fair, he changed the tire at the time of installation . i will never recommand to deal with him he does not deserve any dealing with him

Never again. They took advantage of me. I priced it out at other places. $200 less everywhere else do not go here. I thought I could trust them. Apparently I was wrong, I will never make that mistake again. Places like this give other auto shops a bad name.

Customer service like you used to be able to expect from a tire shop. Smells like grease and smoke... Just like a good tire shop should. They got me in for a quick flat repair when everyone else was telling me tomorrow or wait and we might get to it.
