These people are idiots, do not take anything there to get worked on. I took something there with a warranty failure and they couldn't repair it. Then they wanted me to pay for their time

They have TERRIBLE customer service. Was on hold to get to parts for over an hour and left a call back number never heard back. Called again the next day and same results. Decided to get better service through a different dealer elsewhere.

Dishonest, in my opinion We took our vehicle in for DOT inspection. It failed and we were told the king pins needed to be replaced at a cost of $1650 plus tax. I took the truck to another shop for a 2nd opinion. I have been told that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the king pins on our commercial vehicle, and in fact they exhibit the same movement as a new pair would. We will never take our vehicles to the shop again, and we strongly urge you to look elsewhere. One dissatisfied customer

Chris and Andrew were absolutely awesome. We were hit at a Love's by another truck. They were able to get us in, allow us to send in parts, source back up parts in case our didn't arrive and minimize our down time due to this accident. They were fair, honest and professional. Highly recommend.

Since we've started bringing our trucks here, we have been very pleased with their service. Recently we had a lot of trouble with one of our trucks. Danny and the team were very helpful, attentive and understanding with all of our troubles. They even went so far as not to charge us when, after we picked up our truck from recent repairs, we had to return the same day to the shop for further repairs. Thanks guys!

Friendly, professional, clean, and OVERPRICED. This place charges you to diagnose the problem at full shop rate, but their technicians can't figure out the problem. 200/hr and they could care less if they actually do the job right. Might have been good in the past but not anymore.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced! I went to Rush Truck Center for an oil change, which they promised to complete in one hour. Instead, I ended up waiting three hours, constantly hearing lies from the staff: “It’ll be ready soon,” “Just a little longer.” This is not just unprofessional — it’s a complete failure in customer service. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from this place. Instead of keeping their promises, they feed you empty words. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone!

Rush truck centers are my go to place while on the open roads with my truck. Never had a bad experience ever with any location. I always try to make it to a rush truck center if possible for a repair or I have made towing companies tow me the extra miles if a rush truck center was in reach. This location I actually picked up a truck as we do work for them as well and Ken Sr. Aka Captain is a salesman with pride, knowledge, a wonderful attitude, concerned and a 110% satisfaction way for his customers. It was a pleasure working with him on both aspects.

Our salesperson Michael went out of his way to find the truck that would work best for us. The entire process was smooth and went without any issues even with delivery to a different state. Kitty in the credit department was also great to work with. We would definitely purchase from them again.

We purchased a 2019 Hino 26ft box truck in August 2024 and this is our experience, it wasn't good. First and foremost Rush Truck Center Olathe, KS sold us a truck that had been involved in 2 accidents and failed to disclose it to us. (according to car fax enclosed) This truck was sold to us under the auspices of a well maintained fleet truck, it wasn't. I was told that the mechanic that did the inspection no longer worked there, how convenient. During the first 30 days the water pump went out. Next the floor was so badly decayed that the forklift loading it almost fell through the floor. (see pictures enclosed) Next in October (less than 60 days from our purchase date) during a routine oil change, we found out that the u-joints and air suspension were bad. The repair shop told us that there was no way that they didn't know if they truly inspected the truck. Next up the truck needed a wiring harness and finally a clogged radiator full of red clay dirt. We don't do any business in Oklahoma, but we pass through it on the highway. What in the world? I strongly believe this truck was in a flood. Every time this truck breaks down, we lose tens of thousands of dollars. How does anybody run a business with a truck like this that was never road worthy? I asked Matt Getz the GM, and he stated that they run reports similar to carfax (Rignation) and they have a process in place. Really? Either way they should've known that this truck had been in 2 accidents and never should've been put on their lot or sold to us at a premium price! Would you buy a truck from them if you knew it had been in two accidents? We were completely deceived!! You be the judge. They lied and defrauded us on this purchase. We are making payments on a truck worth about half of what we paid for it!!
