Dropped vehicle off for standard service. Service center called to inform that air filter needed replaced. Authorized replacement and informed them that the audio system had factory reset a couple of times and asked if they could check if there was an update. He said he would check and hung up. They could be a little more professional when dealing with customers. They are hit or miss when dealing with them. Some days they are super friendly and others, they could care less. Never had these issues when we had a Toyota Highlander and dealt with Toyota dealerships.

In and out quickly for oil change. Made the good suggestion to not rotate tires since I need to replace them soon. Also diagnosed a problem I had with the display/navigation system as a bad navigation SD card. Can get on Amazon for less than $50.

Dealt with Joe Shaver when we were looking at a 2024 CX-50. No hasseling, no haggeling and was able to show us the car we saw online and provided us with the breakdown on cost/financing without having to ask any questions because he answered all the questions we had up front. Had an appointment with my Maita mx5 on July 30th, the service was beyond amazing, technicians did a great job, kept me updated, Steve was very friendly and took me through the whole process of what was done. although, Dave was extremely rude, very short tempered and treated me as if I was just born yesterday. phone calls with him should all be recorded and reviewed because his attitude was unacceptable.

My 2023 Mazada engine light came on a Sunday while visiting my brother out of town. On Monday I called the nearest Mazda dealer and explained my problem only to be told Thursday would be the first open appointment. I then called the second closest dealer Tumminia Mazda where the Service Manager who told me it was safe to drive the car the 90 miles to their service department and they could fix the problem right away. 90 minutes later I pulled in to the service department where Kurt helped get my car logged in and get service technician to work on my car right away. One hour later, engine light is off and problem fixed. Tumminia service department was fantastic in helping this stranded out of state resident! Thank you!
