Took my car in due to a noise it was making. The person I was dealing with wouldn't call when he said he would, i had to call him to get answers. He told my son different stuff than what he told me and the stuff he said didn't make since. By the end of their diagnostic they had gone from it going to cost over $7000.00 to fix it to we'll have to replace the engine and we can put in a used engine with 89000 miles on it for $10500.00. I ended up not having them fix my car at all due to all the mixed information of what was being said and them not appearing to know what they were doing. I just had them put my car back to how it was when I brought it in and they still charged me over $1000.00. Even with that my car was not in the same conditiin when it was picked up that it was in when dropped off, they didnt reset any of the electronic stuff they messed uo when trying to diagnose the problem. Would not recommend this place at all..

I went to New Concept Auto Service, for an oil change . The Tec Kirk Slater was quick and efficient. Everybody there was pleasant and yes fun. I was getting ready to leave and mentioned that my air conditioning was not working, has been dead for a week. Kirk took a quick look and fixed it for almost nothing. My Highest recommendationfor New Concept.

I went here because of the google reviews. Looking for a new shop in Olathe. Run and diagnosis and received a quote for the repair- It was way too high- Went to pick up the car; they reduced the quote by 20%. Got 2 other quotes and they were 40% cheaper. Be careful, pricing is very questionable.

I had an engine check light on my 2011 Suburban which said that I was having misfires on cylinder 7. I was preparing to go on a trip and needed my Suburban to be in top shape. New Concept Auto Service performed a complete tune-up (at my request) and cleaned the fuel system to clear any junk that was in the fuel injectors. The car runs and idles perfectly now. I've been going to the OP location for several years-Always great sevice and workmanship. Today, I went to the Olathe location for the 1st time to get an alignment done. On short notice (my bad), Nick James did a great job coordinating their workload to get me in & out same day. Whatsmore, Nick saved me from the dealer as they are one of the very few shops with the skills & tools to do alignments on newer BMWs. Car drives straight as an aarow now. Thank you Nick!

Dropped my car off for exhaust leak. Charged me $535 to replace a flange gasket. When I picked it up it was louder than it was before. I had a mechanic friend of mine fix everything they did. They hollowed out my catalytic converter. Bolts loose everywhere. Didn’t bother to replace my o2 sensor. Also there were rocks found in the exhaust pipe. Terrible customer service, everyone at the desk was a jerk and very standoffish. I don’t even want my money back because I would rather not even deal with those people anymore.no reason for that work to have cost more than a couple hundred bucks.

Our truck is 14 years old, but my wife won't trade it. So when it needed struts, badly, I took it to New Concept Auto. With a truck that old it would be easy to tell me a lot of other parts are wore out as well. They did s comprehensive inspection, but didn't try to sell me things I don't need. The repairs were completed quickly at a fair price. Now I can take it on long road trips with the peace of mind it has been thoroughly checked out.

Had my car towed hear because it was close. They quoted me $3200. I got a quote from another shop and decided to take it there. When I let new concept know I would be towing it elsewhere their quote magically lowered to $1900. That tells you all you need to know about their prices. Still got it done elsewhere.

I NEVER EVER leave reviews anywhere but this place has my blood boiling. Called and set alligment appointment for my BMW M3 after previously trusting them with my AMG GT-S Super car. Drove 40 minutes and arrived 10 minutes late due to huge accident on H.W. and the big guy behind the counter told me to come back 3 days later and was extremely unwilling to even try to get me in. Will never come back due to this petty behavior. Told me they were completely dead over the phone then say they are completely booked when I show up. Absolutely ridiculous.
