I have used this body shop many times. The staff is super friendly and very courteous. I have had bumper work and paint work done here and some interior trim pieces replaced. They have done an excellent job. Even after the fact when I needed a couple of minor things fixed, they did it promptly on the spot and without any complaining to me. I highly recommend this place, and if you have an issue, please contact Mark and he will take care of it for you.

Excellent communication. Superior service. Completely has their customer's best interest in mind. My insurance company referred me to them for car repair and I couldn't be more pleased with their service! Brad Phipps went above and beyond today! He's not only providing me with an estimate in a timely manner, but he even installed plastic over a window that was broken out until it could be repaired before I left the shop (to help make driving the car a lot warmer). Thank you Brad!

Would only give 0 stars if it was allowed. Took my car in for repairs and when I got it back I was missing 2 of the 3 very expensive sunglasses that were in my car. They left the cases but took the glasses. I went back the very next day and asked them to return my property and they said they would "look into it." Got the runaround of course. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they refused to return my property or make it right. According to them, it's MY fault for having MY property inside of MY vehicle. I will definitely avoid them in the future.

The service I received at Olathe Ford Collision was outstanding. My truck went in for damage from a front end collision. Communication was great and all my calls were returned in a reasonable manner. The timeline for having my truck repaired was weeks to months ahead of most other area collision repair facilities even after finding more damage than originally expected. The work was done professionally and returned my truck to factory condition.

You should run away form this place as fast as you can. 6 weeks without a vehicle for hail damage repair. Truck sat for two weeks without any work being done because they told me I didn’t need another estimate only to then tell me the initial estimate was wrong. Sounds like I did need the second estimate I made an appointment for but you said wasn’t needed. No loaner cars available either so unless you can go without your vehicle for weeks on end don’t use them. Also they won’t pickup the phone and call you for any delays. Aaron has no customer service ability and 2 seconds of talking to him you can see he isn’t interested in helping you.

Took my vehicle in for collision repair (pretty substantial). Upon picking the vehicle up I noticed a few things that weren't correct. For one, the Adaptive cruise and collision control would not work and kept throwing an error message of "Sensor blocked". The second issue is, while vehicle is in drive and stopped, there is a noticeable vibration (which wasn't there before) in the hood and the third issue was a piece of insulation hanging down by the front passenger wheel-well. I called Olathe Ford body shop and told them the issues and they had me bring it back in. The repair shop individual called me 9 days later and told me that they cleared the "sensor blocked" code and couldn't get it to replicate. The hood vibration, they don't know why it is doing it, and I will just have to live with it. They had the vehicle for a week and a half, and I picked it up today. All three issues are still present. I honestly feel like no one even looked at the vehicle. I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to Olathe Ford.

Took my car there because the front bumper needed replaced. Had driven the car for over a month since the accident. No other problems existed at the time. When I got it back the battery no longer works. It won’t stay charged for longer than 30 minutes when shut off. Thanks Olathe Ford Lincoln Body Shop! Edit: I have since had to replace the battery that strangely was fine until I got the car back and now have a warning for “tire pressure sensor fault”. Do Not take your car to Olathe Ford Lincoln Body Shop unless you want to leave with more problems than when you dropped it off.

My 2022 Subaru had paint job issues on the hood and I took my car here to have the paint job repaired. The customer service and communication was phenomenal. Aaron worked with me and he was amazing! He got me in last minute in a pinch and not only was it a very quick turn around, but he actually finished earlier than expected and my car looked brand new. I cannot recommend this place enough! Great customer service, communication, quick turn around, and amazing quality work.

First of all I would like to say that Aaron the person who I dealt with the majority of the time was completely amazing. However, the receptionist Penney is probably the rudest person I have ever had to deal with in my life. Whenever I have had to come in or deal with her on the phone it has been completely unpleasant. I had correspondence with her regarding payment options on my repair and she was completely rude. Also, as she said and I quote “ We are not a bank but a repair shop.” I can promise you that once this repair is completed I will NEVER be returning to Olathe Ford Body Shop and I will go out of my way to tell people to stay away. I would also recommend to the person that is Penney’s direct supervisor is to fire her immediately because customers nor Olathe Ford employees shouldn’t have to deal with an employee who is that incredibly toxic

From dealing with the undercutting insurance company, to providing me with rental truck, and helping with switching the car seats in the cold since I had my boys with me, to the excellent repair to my work truck. I brought my car in to replace the rear light. Olathe Collision had replaced the entire rear of my car from an accident about 4 years ago. They checked it out, said I could order the part so I wouldn’t have to pay their retail price & they would sort me out. So I ordered the part but when they installed it the part still wasn’t right. So they called Toyota & found the correct part, ordered it & installed it. They didn’t charge me for the part. I just paid for the labor. On top of that they fixed the tire pressure warning sensor which I had not requested. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. Very happy with the service. Will bring all future repairs to them. Strongly recommend.
