Timely, courteous, and easy to work with. Blake and Lewis Automotive did a great job servicing my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Can’t say enough good things about Lewis automotive. Blake was awesome met me at the door when I arrived was polite and friendly. Quoted me what was discussed no hidden charges. Price was fair and reasonable. Checked everything out for me and I just knew he would call to say something else needed to be fixed.. first time I did not get a call saying something else was wrong! I was shocked.!! I would recommend Lewis automotive to anyone wanting a nice repair shop fair pricing and excellent customer experience. So, I did the brakes on my daughters 2019 Mazda3. Put the vehicle in service mode, completed the brake job and could not get the car out of service mode. The parking brakes were not working at all and had numerous codes. We took the car to a local shop and were told the car needed both rear calipers and actuators replaced at a cost of neatly $2300 in order to clear the codes. For a second opinion, we took the vehicle to Lewis Automotive repair to attempt to get the code cleared. We were greeted by Blake and Kyle, brothers who are co-owners of the business. Very polite and eager to help us out. They hooked the car up to their scanner within minutes of us being there. They determined the right rear parking brake actuator was defective. A new actuator was put into place, and they were able to have the codes cleared. They saved us thousands of dollars by just being honest. They could have gone along with the other quote we had, but they did not. They did not take advantage of our situation and charge us for service we did not need. We will be customers for life. I hope this review eases your mind if you are thinking about taking a vehicle to Lewis Automotive Repair as I am sure it will be a good experience, and you will save money on your repairs.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this family owned business! Two brothers and their lovely mother run the whole ship wish ease. They were very personable and accommodating. I had a great first experience at Lewis Automotive! Luckily, the issue with my car turned out to be minor, but I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in. Blake let me know they could take my car into the shop at 1PM. I had it towed over, and they had it diagnosed and fixed while I waited in their clean, comfortable lobby by 3PM. I was back on the road the same day! Blake was very professional and transparent. He walked me through all my options to get the car running and even pointed out a few other issues I wasn’t aware of. I also think their $100 diagnostic fee is completely fair — especially since it goes toward the repair if you decide to move forward. And if you choose to take your car elsewhere, that’s totally your option. No pressure at all. They’re reliable, honest, and efficient. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need anything in the future. Highly recommend!
