My car went in for a repair related to a warranty part and the shop made that repair very smooth and hassle free. That shop always calls a few days after my repairs to check in to make sure everything is running right, making me feel valued as a customer. With this last repair there was one very minor fix still left after the repair, but Christian Brothers took my car in and were very honest, owning up to this missed repair and fixed it free of charge. They treat their customers well and are honest with their work.

The honesty and integrity was very impressive to me. The work has been performed accurately, and when a minor mistake was made (loose battery cable) the staff apologized and immediately rectified the problem. They also helped me work with warranty on fixing the serious problem left by other mechanic shops by providing pictures and explaining the issue in detail. Grateful for their honesty, kindness, and superb example of true customer service!

this was THE best automotive shop experience I've ever had. I had gotten a new battery installed at O'Reilly's about a month ago, which suddenly caused the electronic components of my car to shut down when driving. I went back up to O'Reilly's and they said everything was fine... so I googled auto shops in the area and drove up the street to Christian Brothers. I was hesitant at first because their lot was completely full, but decided to go in anyway. The front desk associate was so kind and she immediately got a technician to come and test my car for free. He was able to determine that something wasn't connected properly to the battery, so I got my car checked in and they gave me 2 tier options of how much it would cost for diagnostics upfront. Within a few hours I got an text with a link to a full breakdown of exactly what was wrong with photo and video explanations. Then I got a follow up call to go over the diagnostics with me and the different payment options I had. I was able to get 3 major issues taken care of and then 2 smaller issues they found based on their inspection. My car was done by the next day!!! I picked it up this morning and it's driving like a new car. Overall just an incredible place. Their transparency and customer service unmatched. If you want a mechanic that kind, knowledgeable and friendly then Christian Brothers in Olathe is the place to go. They got a new life-long customer out of me :D

Brian, the owner and his team went above and beyond to assist me with my car. They shuttled me to a strip mall while they worked on my car. They thoroughly did as much as they could do and then they didn’t charge me because they could not do the alignment fully, They did an assessment and told me exactly what I needed to do before my car could properly aligned. This team provided exemplary customer service. They also fed me pizza and ice cream. Who does that? What business does that? I recommend them highly I will be using their services any time that I need work done on my vehicle. Excellent!!!

I have a carmax extended warranty and was referred here by carmax bc they were booked out for 2 weeks. I dropped off my jeep july 16th. July 22nd they called asking to get approval for a breakdown of the engine so they can get send more info to the warranty company. After a couple of "nothing to update calls", i finally said, if they havent started, I will pick it up. They hadnt started. It was July 30th.

Me and my daughter took her jeep to this place and I will have to say that they have the best customer service… they didn’t make us feel out of place or unwanted or we shouldn’t be there. They made us feel at home from the time we drove up to the time we left. I love this place. I have never been to a shop that treated me as though I was spending my money in a good placethank you guys for that. It means a lot.

2017 Kia forte- I’m had so many crappy experiences dealing with this car since I bought it 10 months ago, including having it stolen. However since the moment I called to get some info I’ve had an amazing experience. I took it in yesterday late around 3p and had an estimate this morning…amazing as the last place I took my car it took days to get answers and I had to call to get them..I was never called. I’m sure my entire experience will will wonderful! The young lady and gentleman at the front desk are exceptional w customer service!

I’ve been here for a few oil changes now and it’s definitely my new favorite place to get service. I’ll be checking with them first on any future work, big and small. Every trip to the dealership results in them finding some surprise maintenance issue that needs fixed for $500 but they can’t back it up when you press them. Not once has CBA tried to push me on any other purchases, and it’s great knowing that even when they do find something, they let you know and then send you on your way to make the choice outside of sales pressure later. The lobby has always been clean and the front office staff go well out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have what you need, even if you’re just hanging out for a short time for regular maintenance. I spotted some toys for the kids in there last time. And lastly, probably the biggest surprise to me - the price actually went DOWN last time. While everyone (including CBA for previous oil changes) was raising prices rapidly as costs increased, these guys actually went back down as soon as they good. I guarantee you the other places lowered their costs but didn’t lower the price with it.

In and out for an oil change.This place is a little gem in its own little nook.Very professional but warm people and fair prices.No filler,no fluff,no hard sells.Also,it's next to a track so you can get it in while waiting for your vehicle or go to soccer field and get some sun.Have to also mention the place is very clean and bright which is just a nice little touch.Highly recommend!!

Dropped my vehicle off to have a brake inspection and a serpentine belt. Picked the vehicle up and noticed there was a sound when going around corners. Lifted the vehicle up and the lug nuts are COMPLETELY LOOSE. Thank God we noticed it before driving it to far. This is what we drive our family in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They destroyed my lug nuts when removing them and are obviously very careless. I have left a voicemail with them as I am just catching this on my weekend off. I hope they communicate to their employees how important it is to inspect the vehicle before allowing a customer to drive it home. Further more I paid for a brake inspection. I did specifically ask for the rear brakes to be looked at, but I paid for a brake inspection. And the front lug nuts are still tight so that tells me they didn’t even look at the front brakes! I know for a fact they didn’t! I’m very dissatisfied to say the least.

The people are nice here but they way overcharge for their services!I paid 90 the first time i took it here for them to do a level one diagnostic test.That was 3 weeks before on a different issue.So i didn't have anything fixed that time because i couldn't afford it.Okay so second tine i had it towed in because it wouldn't start so now they tell me to find out what is wrong with it they need to do a level 2 dignostic testing.So now they are charging me 180 dollars to just tell me what is wrong!That is just unbelievable pricing!So then they tell me it is the starter and want to charge me 799 dollars and then they said it might becaused by this other problem which would be another 500 dollars!Are you kidding me!My car is old it shouldn't cost that much!I will not do business with dishonest people!Please do not waste your time with them.also im a woman so i think they are price gauging.It just sad because they are not holding Christian values with honesty and integrity.The name it was under is the last name is Younes The doctor's office anology doesn't work for me because most other shops that i have been to do not charge to diagnose the issue they just tell you what is wrong and give you a price to fix it.Brandon would not budge on the starter price.Yes they offered to take off 180 but that still left 618 dollars.The math was off because 272 plus 150 does not equal 618.Even with tax i calculated it.So im not even sure how they came up with that amount.The other shop is fixing it for 553 which is a little less but worth because they are getting the part directly from Kia.Side note i did love the complimentary shuttle.The drivers were always friendly.The lady that works at the front was very nice and helpful.

After spending the morning setting up for my daughter’s wedding, I was ready to head home to get ready—only to discover my car wouldn’t start. Assuming it was the battery, someone kindly gave me a jump. When I checked my paperwork, I saw that my battery had been replaced just a year and a half ago by Christian Brothers Automotive, and it was still under a 5-year warranty. I immediately called Christian Brothers, explained that my daughter’s wedding was that evening, and that I desperately needed my car. Without hesitation, they told me to bring it right in and assured me they’d take care of everything. I arrived at 3:05 p.m., needing to be at the church by 5:00 p.m. for the rehearsal. They had me park my car, personally drove me home so I could change for the rehearsal dinner, and by the time I returned—at 4:21 p.m.—my battery had already been replaced and was ready for pickup. No charge! I cannot thank Christian Brothers Automotive enough for their kindness, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Thanks to them, my daughter’s wedding day went off beautifully—with absolutely no car troubles!

It was great at first. I was greeted cheerfully and everyone was nice but after asking for just an oil change they explained to me how they could do a free car inspection. I agreed regretfully. I left and my engine light came on. Went back immediately and they fixed that, but now my car is leaking black liquid in my driveway when it was not doing that before I came for an oil change. Went back up there and he just try to sell me on what needed to be fix but not addressing why it's now black stuff in my driveway when it wasn't doing that before . Very disappointed. Update: Brian the owner personally had his master technician fix all the issues that started happening. At first, my check engine light came back on with other things I've never seen and my car started jumping. Took it right back and he had them look at it again and fixed the engine light being on and got in my car to make sure the jumping stopped himself. I appreciate him fixing the issues my car started having after going to them. That's all I wanted from the beginning. A car should never leave an auto shop with more issues than what it came with.

I was taking my cars into a different shop for the last several years. I decided to give Christian Brothers a try. Just as advertised they were thorough and never pressured me to do anything I wasn't ready to do. It is a good mechanics job to tell you everything they see that needs to be addressed and let you make the decisions. It was a great experience. Brandon, the Service Advisor, clearly explained everything in an easy to understand way. It's hard to find a shop like Christian Brothers. I suggest you do give them a try. You won't think about going anywhere else again.

I had a brake line rupture while driving on the highway and desperately needed my truck back quickly. Despite being fully booked, they managed to get me in and out the same day—impressive turnaround! The service was fast, the team was friendly and helpful, and they even went above and beyond by giving me a ride to the job I was heading to when I broke down. Truly appreciated that extra effort. A couple of minor issues: They removed the dust cover during the repair but didn't replace it or mention that it was missing. I wasn't given the 10% AAA discount I should have received (I didn't catch it when rushing through the bill). Other than those two oversights, the service was excellent and the people were great. I'd definitely return if needed and recommend them for urgent repairs. Another thing that isn't okay: the customer satisfaction survey link expired before I could submit this feedback. When someone takes the time to provide thoughtful input—especially after a positive emergency experience like this—it should be easy to capture. An expired survey right when I'm trying to share appreciation (and constructive notes) feels dismissive and misses an opportunity to improve. I'd encourage the company to extend survey windows
