Took seven minutes at the service entrance to be greeted. Several fellas on their phones. Two folks with head sets doing nothing. Not like in the past when they respond promptly, treat you well, offer you water or a snack, etc. Took my coupon and told me to wait in the lounge. About an hour later, a guy came and said they couldn't do the tire rotation because my lug nuts were stripped out. Funny, I recently got new tires and they never mentioned it. So I agreed to skipping the rotation. Overall, not happy right now with this locations service. Pretty sure I won't buy my next car here - which I am in the market for since mine is a 2014.

Quick and efficient. Went over everything on my SUV, from upcoming promos to take advantage of that my car needed. Trust these guys/girls fully. Will return for my next service.

Friendly and proficient. Just took my daughters car in for a duplicate key. They informed us of an open recall on her vehicle that we were unaware of. They took care of the recall and got us on our way pretty fast. Great service.

I did have a poor experience with service. Rated a two vs one because parts and availability contributed to this poor experience. My concern was a defective seat belt in the 2nd row seat. The repair took a few long stressful visits (I was mad) due to lack of communication (service advisor) and lack of follow up (service manger). A simple phone the parts not available .... And having the car ready for pickup (not disassembled) would have all saved me the heartache of this experience. Picking up you car should never be a 45 minute process when they call you and say it's ready and I say I will be there at 5. All that being said the repair was not done correctly. I am giving Louisburg Ford my service business to correct this botched service experience. This experience will also drive any future new car purchases.

Was quoted $200 for a diagnostic procedure to tell me why my check engine light turned on. They could not find any problems and switched it off. Charged me $302 before taxes. Brett was very friendly though.

Had a ton of work done on my truck. They were professional and took good care of my truck. Pricey, but they made me feel good about spending the money 🙃.

This service center is great! Having been to a variety of shops for my car around the metro area, I can say this one meets all expectations with fast, friendly service with integrity. And when they are busy, they let you know and make a shuttle or uber ride available to help you asap. Lube oil filter always gets done promptly and about the same prices as quick lube shops and they run the full inspection including potential recall notices. The tires here are great quality and mine were in stock ready to go while some of the big box shops nearby turned me away and told me the tires wouldn't be available for some time or would be a poor quality. I really can't say enough good things about this place! Your search for a good car shop ends here!

I pulled into the Quick Lane Service area without making an appointment because my car was acting weird and Jason approached me asking if he can help me with anything so I told him what happend and he just took care of it and let me know what needs to be done and what they can do. He also told me if I need anything just let him know. He was very kind and professional.

I want to share an amazing experience that I had at this Ford service dealership today October 12th 2024. In this world of craziness where lately it seems there's more negative comments than positive, I want to give a shout out to not just Olathe ford, but one of its employees that took the time to do a small repair and gave extra effort to make sure it was right. Rick at Olathe Ford was an amazing customer service representative who took the time and attention to detail to fix a small repair on my "extreme driving" handle, otherwise known to some as a panic handle. And it had been repaired once before, at the same Ford dealership. And that lasted almost over a year, so I probably use it a little more than most 🤣. Nonetheless, the screw it was installed with did not exactly fit anymore, so Rick went the extra mile, went to the shop and his personal drawer in the service Bay to find the right one. He proceeded to fix it, made sure it was tight, and advised that "it has a little bit of play, but I think it will hold. If not come on by and we'll take a deeper look". This people, is the kind of service I expect and would like to have wherever I go. It's the kind of service I provide or try to provide as well as all my employees do at our place of business. Rick made a lasting impression by being patient, efficient, trying every angle, and attention to detail. Additionally, he smelled really good too! ❤️ So I wish Rick a great day, hope he likes this review and hope he gets some time with his family and children that he works so hard for everyday. Rick, thanks for the repair and hope you have a great weekend! 😀💐👍🙌🤙 Peace out✌️🤘

I cannot say enough nice things about the Olathe Ford Service team! When I arrived for an oil change, they greeted me kindly, introduced themselves, and walked me through the process. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Brett for how he explained the recommendations thoughtfully, but didn't make me feel pressured to purchase a "buy-up" service. His team was efficient and he checked in with me routinely during the service. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and the wifi was easily accessible for remote work. From scheduling, to service, to professionalism -- this team has restored my faith in car dealership service center!

The younger gal that checked me in, in the quick lane change was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I've had a not so great check in experience with another employer there, previously. This gal was great though.

Took my Mustang in for an oil change. Decent pricing considering this thing needs 8 quarts of oil! Tech Brett was awesome. Easy to schedule an appt on their website. Great waiting area and free coffee and water. Took a little over an hour but worth it to make sure qualified Ford people were working on my car. First time customer that will be back for sure!

Shoddy work, slow, and expensive. Had them replace all of the break pads on my F-150 and several months later the front left pads were completely worn down to the point of not being road safe. They absolutely knew their install was the issue as they covered part of the replacement, but weaseled their way out of fully covering the costs citing the time between visits. I’ve used Olathe Ford Service several times over the years and I can’t remember a single time where the work was done correctly the first time outside of oil changes. In general, I consider myself fairly reasonable. I understand that issues can happen and that corrections will occasionally need to be made. Never complained or asked for a discount just made another appointment to get the issues fixed, but even I have limits and incorrectly installing my brake pads is absolutely one of them. Recently traded in my F-150 for a new Toyota and I can definitely say that never having to use Olathe Ford Service again was not an insignificant part of my decision to switch manufacturers.

I was told by a non Ford mechanic that my 2018 Ford Edge needed a new engine. I reached out to Kaleb who was my sales rep. When I purchased the car 3 years ago. Kaleb encouraged me to bring it in for. 2nd opinion. Matt got me in right away. The problem was with the transmission not the engine. I got a loaner car while the part was on order. The transmission was under warranty. My car was repaired in a timely. I received great care and I didn’t owe because of the warranty. So glad I came to Olathe Ford for the 2nd opinion. Thanks Matt for and Kaleb for excellent service.!!!

Brought my truck in for an oil change, recalls, and to replace a TPMS sensor which had obviously failed. Got a text/call saying that “We found a one of your TPMS sensors is out we could replace it for $205.59 but this will most likely not happen til tomorrow. I need my vehicle so I declined and said I would reschedule. I said that reluctantly considering I literally brought my vehicle in to have it replaced. My wife picked the car up and we were charged $85 for an inspection of the TPMS. Why did this need to be inspected in the first place I told them to replace it and all you have to do is look at the handy screen built into the vehicle to figure out which one is out. $85 to do literally nothing is highway robbery. I made an appointment to replace not to inspect….

After speaking with Lincoln directly and working with Brian my experience was and my car got fixed. My car has been in their shop 3 times for sensors going out bad. One of which it had to be towed in. First time it was in it left with the codes, second time they replaced some of the sensors, now I take it in similar issues and they want to charge me more money for stuff they should have fixed the first time. I was supposed to have a credit from Lincoln the service rep seemed to be bothered that he had to deal with. Results; nothing. Left with the same issues I came with and a terrible taste in my mouth for this place. I'm reaching out to see if their sales team wants to buy the car back and run, not walk away from this deal before it cost me more money! Additional: After I was explicitly told I had to pay the deductible on a sensor that already should have been replaced, out of the kindness of their hearts I don't have to pay that, but now I have to pay a $200 inspection fee on the new sensor failure, which was not brought up previously to their “offer”. We won't charge you this but now you have to pay for this. Save it! Keep in mind I have an extended warranty!

I've consistently had great experiences with the service team at Olathe Ford. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. They take the time to explain what's going on, and you can tell they truly care about getting customers back on the road confidently. On my most recent visit, there was a mix‑up and my appointment time was accidentally missed. Mistakes happen, but what impressed me was how Brad and Mario handled it. They apologized, got me in as quickly as possible, and even offered a discount to make up for the delay. That level of accountability and customer service really stood out. I'll be back.
