Excellent service as usual. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Jeff always makes sure I’m well taken care of, thanks! This is my second time using them. Its the type of place you don’t want to go to, because it means you’re car was wrecked, but you know your vehicle is in great hands if you have too. Both times my vehicle has looked better then new when they were done!

Collision Works staff under the supervision of Service Advisor Mr. Jeff Sanders have done an excellent job of fixing my RAV4. Also, my car was thoroughly cleaned and waxed and all glass surfaces were spotlessly cleaned. Mr. Jeff kept me informed on the progress of repairs every 3-4 days throughout the waiting period. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I would certainly suggest and provide reference to all my contacts.

My car needed repair after someone lost a box off their vehicle smashing my front bumper and grill. These guys did a fantastic job of estimating, getting parts and getting my work done in Jan 2022, keeping me informed and getting me out the door as promised all while having to deal with trying to get parts in this crazy economy and with people being sick. Hands down they were great and I will go there again if I need them. See Jason, Jeff or Dustin! They are awesome!

******Update: I was contacted by Jason with Gerber Collision. An explanation was given to me and “updates” were given to other people calling, which was not me. However he apologized for the oversight. Gerber Collision and Glass exhibited the absolute WORST customer service and communication I have ever encountered. My calls are never returned and when I call back for an update on my car, I am told the “Estimator” is busy, at lunch, or with a customer. No one knew where my vehicle was taken due to Gerber breaking the door. Apparently it was taken to a different dealership than we were told it would be taken to. It has now been a week and no update has been provided. In total, it’s been over 3+ weeks that we’ve been without our vehicle. That is unacceptable. Y’all really need to work on your communication and customer service because it SUCKS!

They did such a great job start to finish. Had my car done early, and it looked perfectly brand new after my deer accident. Stayed late to let me come get my car, taught me some stuff, and really kind people to work with. I would return to this place, and I am typically a hard person to win over when it comes to service. Their automated text system to give updates is really nice as well.

I sure hope my car isnt wrecked again, but if it is, I know exactly where to take it- to Collision Works! The estimate was the most cost-effective I received of three places I checked. It was easy to get in, and repairs were made quickly. The staff was professional and friendly, and every step of the process was communicated by text so efficiently! Then, I was so surprised that both the interior and exterior were cleaned! I didn't expect that, and it was an awesome touch to have a cleaned and fixed up car! Thank you for the excellent service!

Collision Works was recommended by my insurance provider and although it was about a 40 minute trip, it was well worth it. From the moment I arrived, they took care of me. They walked me through everything that was going to take place. The gentleman did the walk-through of the damage and repairs. I noticed right away the amount of experience they had as a business because they were able to talk about the previous owner of my vehicle and what they did to it just by examining the fender closely. They didn't talk down to me like some places do and answered all of my questions that I had. It was pretty straightforward. I loved how they texted you updates on your vehicle. That was so convenient! Great communication, great service all around. No one hopes to have to come back to get collision repairs, but if I ever need it, I will definitely use them again.

After my car accident, I took my truck in to Gerber Auto collision. They called me weekly to give me updates in my truck, which was good. When they finally finished, ai got the call to pick up my truck. Once there, they just handed me the keys and an invoice. (No walk around inspection) I headed to my truck and saw they had put and unpainted black bumper on my silver truck. It was obvious my truck was unfinished. I told the front desk about it. She just took my keys and said they would call me when it was finished. Days later I go in to pick up my truck. Again they just gave me the keys (No walk around inspection Again). I drove my truck a few miles, before I pulled over, since my heater was not working. I open the hood and a burning smell came from the engine. I looked and discover they had drained my coolant.(they did not tell me it was empty). I was able to get a ride to an auto store and buy some coolant. I could have seriously damaged my truck. This was my worst car repair experience ever. Please be careful with this body shop. Do your own inspection before driving out of the lot.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. if I could I wouldn't pay them a dime but Gecko sent me here for my mercades because it got keyed. It took 3 weeks for a keying on one door panel and I was hung up on on the phone multiple times every time I call it's always with a attitude and they always make excuses also the blonde estimator in the front left corner when you walk in is horrible she was the worst of them all the way she treated me and my family is ridiculous maybe have some respect when you serve the public. Also keep in mind they broke my lock to my door and had to ship it to Mercedes Benz of Kansas City and at this point I have not had my car for 5 weeks over a keying, absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars 👎🏼

We took our car there after going into a ditch to avoid hitting a deer. Our insurance totalled it out, but they were super friendly, explained the process and made sure we didn't have any questions. They also have Rhino, who kept us company while we waited for our rental car.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took my Jeep here, got weekly call updates about the work. After taking apart my car they said the quoted price of around 4k doubled to almost 8k which ended up totalling out my vehicle so they would no longer do the repair to the radiator, transmission cooler, and front steel bumper. I talked to insurance and since I drove it in there just fine they said they'd cover the reassemble fee. After talking to Sarah at Gerber they told me they refused to reassemble because it was not safe and parts were damaged. I was told I would have to get my own tow truck if I wanted the vehicle back. I paid for a tow truck , I go there to get it and I found out exactly why they couldn't put it back together. They had broke both trim pieces they removed from the front fenders, they broke the pasanger side headlight clips, they broke the body clips, and had removed part of my Jeep emblem on the front hood and did not return it with the vehicle. I brought up these things and 1 new finder trim was ordered and the jeep emblem. I was able to pick up those 2 parts after they saw the parts were infact broke when removed. All in all I have the vehicle together again after they gave it to me in pieces and was able to repair it myself for 1,000 dollars. This place ruined the value of my vehicle, broke parts of my car they thought they would just charge insurance to replace, and left me without a car for months. Never take your car here.

If you're looking to get your car totalled, this is the place for you. I brought in my running truck after setting up an appointment to get the truck fixed. Gerber estimated the damages at more than $10k, kind of ridiculous if you ask me. I had to get the truck towed out with the bumper, fender, basically everything in the bed, they did not give me back the hood. If I knew this would have happened, I would have avoided them, please consider a local shop next time.

Never use this body shop the quality of work is terrible and the estimator was very rude to deal with from start to finish. My car went in for some warranty work for the paint and clear coat and came out with a loose front bumper and damaged quarter panel, a damaged wheel, a damaged back glass. Also had a lot of orange peal in the paint over spray on the car and dirt in the paint too. Jason was supposed to be there when I picked it up. And decided to leave early and not say anything to me about it. When I did get there to pick it up they had a guy out there still polishing the hood to try to get the orange peal out.

Update they did finally reach out to me and got my car in and fixed up. Update. Work done is now peeling off around door and tail light has condensation in it. Called twice and was told I would be called back and nothing in 3 weeks. Apparently do not stand behind their work Great place to have body work done. Always kept me up to date and work was done quickly. If I had anything negative to say it’s that there was a lot of dust in my car.
