I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Avalon. Car is in good condition however the air conditioner was not working at all. Arnold and his team at Hondo Works fixed my air conditioner in a very short time frame and at a very fair price. A few days later we took my wife's 2015 Honda Odyssey in for 100K service work and a full tune-up. Hondo Works saved us well over $1,000 for this work. Great price and quality workmanship. So nice to have a mechanic shop that you can rely on and trust.

I've been living in Dallas for a few months and I've been looking for a decent, inexpensive place to fix my car. I usually use Your Mechanic mobile mechanic. I was charged $1126 for the lower front control arm assembly and alignment. I knew it was too much. The next day, my co-worker told me about this place and how reasonable this place is. About three weeks ago, I read the reviews before calling. The reviews are true! Arnold is very honest and very professional, as well as his other mechanics. He asked me to check out what was wrong with the car, which turned out to be nothing. I didn't even need my control arms fixed, but it was found out that my left front driver's side axle needed to be fixed, and threw in the alignment, which saved me about $750! I couldn't believe that mechanic from Your Mechanic tried to overcharge me! I'll never use those F'ers again! From now on, it's Hondoworks for my car. Thank you Arnold!

We needed to get our timing belt done on our 2018 Honda Pilot. I didn’t want just anyone doing it. They did a great job and for a good $500 less than they dealership quoted me. So I had my son bring his CRV in to get it looked over before going on a road trip. They could have easily taken full advantage of this concerned momma wanting to make sure her baby boy is safe on his first road trip. They came back with a couple of small expected things that would come with a car with over 200k miles on it. No surprises. The a/c had been acting up and we asked them to check it, too. They got it all done and threw in an oil change to boot! That kind of honesty goes a long way with me! Highly recommend these folks!

First time going to this location, and I must say their customer service and knowledge for my 2009 Honda Accord was superb. Arnold (the owner) is phenomenal. His actions match with his words. Arnold even called to follow up to ensure my car was running, and to discuss another issue that needed to be fixed. Arnold is a man with integrity and that's hard to find in a mechanic. Thank you Hondoworks for taking the time out to work on my car. Also, thank you for having reasonable prices for the working class. You just found another customer.

Hondoworks was an excellent experience. I have a 2008 Honda Civic that needed a lot of work done. He had the work completed in less than four days and was knowledgeable about the process and repairs. Was looking for a good mechanic and found Hondo Works On Google. Based on his reviews, I decided to take my Honda Accord for servicing. He fixed a valve cover gasket leak For a fair price and got my car back to me the same day. Took my wife’s Acura RDX for a timing belt change and suspension work, and got the same experience. Great service, fair prices, and great customer service. Arnold was able to diagnose and fix my wife’s car when I couldn’t figure out what was wrong it (timing belt and suspension). If you’re looking for a great mechanic, who does great work And goes above and beyond look no further and take your car to Arnold at HondoWorks. It’s a great feeling when you find the right mechanic who does great work.

I located the shop because of the reviews that was left on Google after meeting Arnold I found that he’s a really cool owner and really know his way around the Honda brand so I brought my vehicle back the next day to my surprise. He finished my vehicle a little early, and he called me back the following day to pick it up after running into a small bump in the road that was a little disappointing to me. He really did go out his way to make things better even going as far as performing a service that I did not ask for or was not required to pay for extremely happy with the service I received from the shop and will most definitely return back.

**DISHONEST** Brought in a truck awhile back, specifically due to the front passenger side was leaning lower than the driver side. Arnold assured me that they would fix it. Later that day, i was quoted $1300 to fix the lean as well as other things he recommended. Ok, cool, so i agreed. A few days pass, when i came to pick up the truck, the lean was still there. I asked him why does it still look the same and that this was the reason why I initially came in. He told me that it was my shocks and that they dont repair that, but that what they did repair was also needed. I was like, but that's not why i came in, regardless if its needed or not, he never stated during the quote, that what they were gonna do, wasnt gonna fix the lean. If i knew that, I wouldn't have had them do anything at all. Well, anyway... i bring the truck back since it would rattle and shake when i hit speeds over 60mph. He jumps in the truck with me and we ride a few blocks. We get back and his mechanic spends about 20min on my truck and they tell me its all good. I call him when i got home since nothing changed. He told me that i need to get better tires. I told him my tires had less than 10k miles on them. He then said, it might be a rim issue. Ok, whatever. So now i know hes full of it. I take it to another mechanic who then asked me, why my tire pressure was all off. Some were at 25 psi & 22. Now, i know that when i brought it back, all they did was deflate a few tires in hopes of relieving the shake. And, when i fixed that shock, i was also told that they replaced about $200 worth of parts and that some were used. So basically i was charged $1100.00 for labor. I came to Arnold's due to the reviews, but after spending time with him, i get it. Hes a cool guy. Easy to talk to and a charmer, but this guy isnt honest

Arnold put a new engine in my 2011 Honda Pilot and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He’s 100% honest; not something you find in many mechanics shops. He kept me updated every step of the way with calls and photos which was wonderful because a body shop had recently held it hostage for 6 weeks and I was a little nervous that it would take longer than Arnold had said. But, true to his word, it was done on the day he said it would be. It runs great and I will take my cars to Arnold for everything from now on, even though his shop is over an hour from my home. The drive is totally worth it and I think you should definitely choose Arnold to be your family mechanic.

We took our Honda Fit to Arnold after having taken it to both Kwik Kar and Discount Tire to fix our alignment. The car was pulling strongly to the right. Somehow Arnold's technician figured it out. The car doesn't pull right and more!! I'd rather pay a little extra and get it done properly than take it two places that can seem to get their heads screwed on straight. We've known Arnold since the 2008's and he's always done us and our cars right.

A business's reputation always depends heavily on the owner. After meeting and talking with Mr. Arnold, we no longer looked for other auto repair shops, but instead regularly turned to him for help.
