I recently had my vehicle repaired at Honest-1 Auto Care in Fort Mill. This was the first time I had repairs done somewhere other than the dealership where I purchased the car. I chose Honest-1 based on numerous positive reviews I found online. Honest-1 was excellent. Their shop/facilities are modern and clean. My service advisor, Sam was outstanding. My car needed extensive work and required ordering multiple parts. Sam kept me updated throughout the process and even made calls to find the best price on the parts I needed. The work was completed exactly on time, the final price was not cheap, but significantly less than the dealership, and the quality of their work was outstanding.

I have an extended warranty and the process of utilizing this extra coverage was horrendous. The light at the end of that tunnel was Honest1. Colton was stellar in his assistance and communication. Saying they were forthright would be an understatement. They were honest and provided excellent service in returning my vehicle to me within one day, after struggling a week to find a repair shop and towing my truck three times. They also picked me up from home and took me to my truck. Their advice for possible future work was also appreciated. They are my recommendation for any car repair needs. Way to make a future customer Honest1.

Diagnosed my car, charged $200 and quoted $2k. My insurance would have covered it all, except they told the insurance that it broke due to overfilling the oil (so now the insurance did not want to cover it). I got a second opinion at Mercedes Dealer, and they were able to confirm that H-1 was wrong and got me covered by my insurance. Me fighting with my insurance to prove that Honest-1 was wrong took a month and was really annoying. Because of this I will not go back, as well as recommend all against going here.

Service was excellent. I have a 2021 Toyota Highlander. I started out getting service at the Toyota dealership because it was included with the purchase of the vehicle for the 1st 2 years. Fast forward to 2026. I had been having issues with my rear liftgate for over a year. The Toyota dealership (Town & Country) could never identify the issue, and they kept trying to sell me services that weren’t in the service manual like “premium induction” and “air sanitizer service” that I always refused. 1 visit to Honest 1 and they fixed the liftgate issue same day, and reminded me when my next scheduled service was due (18,000 mi) outside of oil changes. I’m sticking with Honest 1 for future service needs.
