Auto Repair Mon is phenomenal! Their expertise combined with their transparency and honesty is refreshing for an auto repair shop. They've worked on my car that's 14 years old a few times during the last year. I knew when I bought it, it would need maintenance to keep it running. I'm so happy I've found a dependable and great team to keep my car running. I went in one day upset because my doors were filled with water. Apparently it's a known issue. Not only did they not charge me for the simple task, they showed me how to drain the water for future occurrences. Highly recommend Auto Repair Mom!

11 stars! The way I love this shop is unreasonable, especially as someone who cares nothing for cars or mechanics haha! I had brought my 2011 Hyundai Sonata to THREE different mechanics who all told me different things, different prices.. had work done by two just for the issues to persist. After some googling I found Auto Repair Mom. The freshest breath of air!!!! And woman owned?! Happy to support. They were all kind from the first phone call to repair and even when I had to come back again for something else. I will never go anywhere else now. Highly recommend. ⭐

I loved this place, the first time I came and it was a good experience, all super friendly, I really liked that they were honest in what I really needed my car, without taking advantage of the little knowledge I have about cars. HONEST MECHANIC! Excellent service and extremely fair pricing. I stopped at a franchise place (think Mavis, Firestone, etc.) last week to have a tire plugged and they tried to sell me a brake job while I was there. Didn't feel right so I declined. I came to Auto Repair Mom and they told me I was good for at least another 5k - 10k miles. AND when they do the brakes later this year, their price is about 20% less than the other place! If you aren't using Auto Repair Mom for your ride then you are messing up.

Absolutely amazing team! Recently, I came in with a coolant leak that was getting into the 4th cylinder. They were able to get me in quickly, and they were incredibly wonderful to work with. Their team is beyond friendly and kind, even to someone like me who isn't familiar with cars or car repairs. They went above and beyond to help me and saved me thousands of dollars. Not an exaggeration at all, when I had brought it to them, I was not sure how much the fix would cost or how long it would take. Within a day of having my car, they informed me of what the issue was and had researched that the dealer would cover and pay for it even though I purchased the car second hand. They gave me everything I would need to start that process and only charged me for diagnostics (a little over 100 dollars, I believe). After going through Ford at their request, I found out Not only were they right, but Ford would have charged me 7k to fix it had they not let me know about the warranty. Seriously amazing team. Even when I had my partner come to pick up the car for me while I was at work he noted how friendly everyone was and how much they went out of their way to help.

From the moment I called and later came in, Owner Bailey and Office Manager Joe were incredibly professional and honest regarding the repairs. They also ensured I understood what was needed, patiently explaining the job with photos. Upon completion, Joe informed me a portion of the work was not needed and my bill was reduced. Update: Safely home and the van ran great. I can't express enough how thankful I am to have found a great place for repairs when we are in the area. I've spoken to family and friends down there and Auto Repair Mom will be getting some new customers in the near future! Original review, also 5 stars: I haven't picked up my van yet- I will update this when I do. And while the repair of my vehicle is of primary importance, I can say now that this shop was incredibly accommodating to an out of state traveler with serious transmission issues. They even have after hour pickup arrangements!

Okay, I'm going to keep the batting average at 1000! Let me preface this by saying I was in the auto repair business for over 25 years, having owned and operated a Shell Autocare full service repair center, albeit a long time ago (1972-1996). I've only been here for two years and have been looking for a reputable shop to handle my automotive needs. I've only had the oil changed on both cars down here at one of the quick stop places (not totally happy). I was fortunate to have a few shops and a Jeep dealership where I moved from (Virginia) that were pretty good and honest. After reading the reviews like you all have, I took both cars to ARM for service and asked that the brakes on both be inspected. I needed the rears on the Jeep replaced. I was amazed at the professionalism, cleanliness and timely service I experienced. The prices were very reasonable also. It's hard for me to trust anyone with my cars but I've found the place that's put my mind at ease!!!

I would like to start off by saying I never leave reviews. I do however read them feverishly before heading to an establishment. Auto Repair Mom had great reviews which led me to deciding to stop by. In addition to great reviews, when I called in and spoke with Justin, he was absolutely kind and attentive to my concerns about my truck. I ended up taking my truck in for a cam shaft sensor code which appeared on my dash due to the negligence of a previous oil change at a well known quick oil change franchise. Long story short, Auto Repair Mom worked on my truck for 5 hours in attempts to locate the damage. They ultimately did find the source of the code but advised it was out of their realm of repair. Since they weren't able to complete the repair, not only did Auto Repair Mom not charge me for all of the hours they put in on the diagnostic, they also referred a place that was better suited to make the repair. That was hands down the single most honest, respectful and comfortable experience I've ever had at an auto mechanic. Auto Repair Mom just gained a new loyal customer for any future repairs and I will be recommending them to anyone in search for an honest mechanic.

This was my first experience with Auto Repair Mom and it’s been an awesome experience. To start I am a former car salesmen and Finance manager at a large dealer. I took my truck back there to be worked on the day of my appointment they set for me. My truck sat there 2 days untouched. After being frustrated with that situation I got my truck back and was told “The issue couldn’t be duplicated”. The first time I got in the truck it took 5+ tries to start my truck due to a dying starter. This let me know they didn’t even try to start it at all in those 2 days. I found Auto Car Mom had 5.0 stars on google out of 144 Reviews I liked those odds. Justin asked me several questions about my situation asked what I tried to do and seemed to genuinely want to help me and not just take on the job and take my money like the dealership I worked for and made THOUSANDS of dollars over the 4yrs I was there, I was just another service RO ticket. I dropped my truck off the night before my appointment which was the next day at 11am by 3pm I had a full diagnostics, quoted price, photos of EVERYTHING that needed addressing and an explanation and recommendation plus photo evidence. My truck was ready for pick up before 4:30 and the price was very reasonable. I HIGHLY suggest you support and work with Auto Repair Mom. The service was great the tech made me feel comfortable and showed genuine care to get my truck back on the road and done quickly. They have made a customer out of me I will 100% be bringing my truck here from now on. Sorry for the long winded review but I really enjoyed the experience/service I had with Auto Repair Mom. I highly recommend them for your vehicle servicing and needs.

Amazing experience start to finish. I was referred to these folks from a neighbor and I’m so grateful. My minivan is our family’s primary mode of transportation and after having a new transmission put in over the summer my family panicked when the check engine light came on. Another auto shop quoted us an astronomical amount for repairs and my family just could not make that work after a $7k repair this summer.
