My Mercedes GLA would not start, so after doing some research I called Honesty Automotive. I was not disappointed. I thought I needed a new starter, but HA determined my car’s battery was dead. They replaced the battery in a matter of a couple of hours and I was back on the road. The price was quite reasonable for a Benz battery replacement and I appreciate the fact that HA did not just replace the starter as I indicated was the problem. Saved me money. “Honesty” is what consumers are looking for. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Wow! So this place is number one amazing because they do not charge a diagnosis fee. Unlike other places that want between $100 and $200 just to tell you what the problem is, Honesty Automotive took a peek and let me know that I needed new spark plugs and coils. They were able to bring the price down, too. I went in the very next day and they estimated it might take 2 hours to fix the car. Turns out, they got it done in one hour and I was on my way! Definitely recommend and will go back anytime I need something 😊
