I had a few maintenance items to take care of and I went to Yelp to secure some quotes from local mechanics. Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.

Took my G here just last week for some compression rods i had a nightmare trying to get off, and knew of no shops that would take in my lowered baby after some searching I found Honesty Auto and man i’m glad i did. i was able to make an appointment and drop off the car easily. the staff at the desk were very friendly and understanding, although i did have to leave the car for an extra day since the techs were fighting to get the rods off it was definitely worth it and i was kept updated during the entire length of the process. lastly the price was nothing short of outstanding compared to other shops they are super fair to their customers and i’ll definitely be coming back should i need any other repairs.

Honesty Automotive is my go-to place for my cars' maintenance and repair work as these guys do amazing work. They are honest (just like their name :) ) and will not recommend work you do not absolutely need. My son's 2003 Toyota Corolla was dripping oil and they gave me a quote for repairs. The actual repairs/parts cost $100 less than estimated so they passed the savings onto me which I've never seen other mechanics do. I've also taken my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder (115K+ miles) here to replace struts, CV axles, etc. and their mechanics handled everything quickly and with care. I've compared Honesty's quotes for parts and labor with other mechanics and this shop's prices are fair and transparent. The owner and front desk guy also take their time to explain exactly what I am paying for. I've used a bunch of mechanics in the area over the years, and these guys are unmatched.

Harman and the team do great work! I've been taking my M2 in for regular service as well as installing new parts for my car, recently a full brake system swap with upgraded steel brake lines and toe links. Harman and the team are very knowledgeable about what they do, always make the customer feel secure, and never fail to update you on what's going on. My son found this company. They took care of his Ford Ranger. We took 2013 escape to get emissions corrected. My faith in dealerships. You dont go here for cookies, how it looks from the outside nor inside. You go here as they are straight with you, explain and solve. Further, i chose to sit there and wait. I observed them help person after person and help a young man with pre purchase inspection. These are simply car people.

This shop lives up to its name Honesty! Firestone told me I needed tire rods, honesty told me they were good when other shops put money over integrity not this shop. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff that truly cares for people and look for the most cost effective way to get you back on the road. If you need anything mechanical this shop should be your first choice and last shop. I will only utilize them going forward customer for life!

Absolutely AMAZING mechanics!!! I went in to get my engine mounts repaired, and these guys did a KILLER job with it! If you're window shopping for mechanics right now, here are some selling points for why you should go to Honesty Automotive: - Honesty is literally in the name. Mr. Hira (the owner) focuses on clear honest communication, and all of the people working for him do just the same. Even if you know little to nothing about cars, they will make sure you're aware of everything they're planning to do to your car. - The price is HARD TO BEAT! I was getting quoted $950-1,300 for my repair, and the guys here at Honesty Automotive did it for $730... bare minimum saved me $200! (As a broke college student, that's a LIFE SAVER) - VERY community driven. I get a little nervous walking into some other shops, but walking in this shop? Greeted warmly like I was walking into a friend's house. Straight up cried after I got my repair done and my car was driving smoothly. You can trust these guys, they're exceptional.

I brought my 2014 Chevy Traverse into Honesty Automotive on December 5, since I needed to replace my Power Steering Pump. I picked up the car on December 8 and was told that the power steering would feel stiff (which it did), so we took the car on a couple of short trips to Houston and Arkansas. The power steering eventually loosened up, but I brought it back (as Honesty Automotive suggested) if I felt anything was not quite right. I brought the car back on February 8 as I felt the car was making a jerking noise (of course It only happens to me - sound about right guys?) and was very noisy. They kept it overnight and when I returned on February 9, they said it ran fine. So, while on one of our trips, my left turn signal decided to speed thing up, so Honesty replaced the bulb for the left turn signal and everything was fine after that. Meanwhile back at the ranch, my husband's 2016 Equinox needed brake pads, so when I picked up my car and we left my husband's car at Honesty Automotive to replace the pads. We had no idea the car would be ready within a couple of hours, but it was and the pricing was super! Thanks, Honesty for a job well done. We will be back! Evie Maddux and Bob Burns

Had a 2023 MDX Type-S with a rodent damaged air suspension hose. Honesty Auto was able to get my vehicle fixed up in a few days and for a very fair price compared to the outrageously expensive Acura dealership estimate. Steven kept me informed throughout the repair. Definitely will be bringing some of my other older cars here as needed. Was nice talking to the owner Harman who always responded to my texts and questions.
