I spoke with my service advisor Anny, about being told that at purchase my regular maintenance was free for the first 3 years. She explained that only the first 4 oil changes are covered plus tire rotation and nothing else. I told her that was not explained to me at purchase. Huffines, please tell your sales people to make sure and discuss this in detail with buyers. No one likes surprises like this. BTW, Anny is a gem!

My two experiences with Matthew have been exceptional. He first helped me when I bought a used lemon from a dealer and they made me take it to the service center for repair. Matthew walked me through everything and even helped me explain the issues to the used car dealer. He was so patient and went out of his way to help me. I ended up returning that car and buying a new one from Hyundai. I took it in today for a service. Once again, Matthew went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was told by the salesman and the front desk that oil changes were covered as part of my warranty ( they aren't) but Matthew comped my service because of the incorrect information. He is wonderful and I would highly recommend Huffines because of him

Clean and nice waiting room but with hidden fee. it should be 4 or 5 start but see below: Done oil change and transmission fluid exchange. total $439.90 which is reasonable, but they added "Shop Charge" for $40 (flat out 10% of the service). I asked and they said to cover unitemizable shop supplies like rags, cleaners, gloves, and floor mats, though some argue it's also a profit center, and it should ideally be disclosed upfront before work begins. And it should be capped at maybe $20-$30, and not flat out 10%.

Honestly, three stars is probably too generous. Ordered tires from this place because they had a deal going on when I got my oil changed. Five days later, realized my tires weren’t even installed when I took my car to a Discount Tire, even though I was charged for them AND the labor for having them installed. Fortunately, the team was kind enough to offer me a full refund, so I can’t be too upset. However, I have never, in ALL my years of driving, ran into this issue. If I hadn’t gotten my wheels checked at a Discount Tire (which I only did because the front right tire had a regular leak in it) I could’ve gone weeks, even MONTHS without knowing my tires were never replaced! My advice for this place? Pay at your own risk. The people are very nice, but the quality of service provided is questionable at best. And if you ever buy tires from them, make sure they were actually mounted!

I was just wondering if they could add an option on their online booking portal for a “Hyundai Complimentary Service”? I couldn’t find it, so I had to call in. Came here for a routine maintenance. Second time visit, and so far, I still enjoy stopping by. As soon as you drive in, you're greeted by a friendly staff immediately checking you in and service advisor walks you through thoroughly and explains to you about the service that will be done to the car. All issues are addressed promptly, and I especially love the process where if additional service is needed, they send it to your email and text with video explaining the issue. If you want it resolved at the time of your service, you can just simply approve it via email or text or choose to have it done next time, without having a pushy advisor talking you into having it done immediately and spending extra bucks for an unexpected issue. Lobby was clean with snack bar and coffee provided. All in all, I'm happy with my experience here and will definitely come back next time.
