Poor communication from the Frisco location. I was not notified for multiple days that my car was ready for pickup because they had my phone number wrong, and I never received any updates by email. The repair quality was also disappointing. The paint job has visible defects, including two small bumps about the size of a grain of rice, which should have been caught and corrected before delivery. I would not return here and would not recommend this shop.

Twice over the past several years, Caliber Collision has provided courtesy services. The first was when they told me to purchase a door handle so they could train a new tech to replace it, for free. Today, I took my truck for an estimate because one of the windows wasn't going all the way up. The window was out of the track and they fixed it in 3 minutes. No charge. I've brought vehicles here with dents in them a few times, too, and every time the service is impeccable, the folks are courteous and friendly, and I am always satisfied.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I went in a year ago to have my transmission fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, the driver side light was out which was not out when I went in. The warning light was on for the driver side light. They didn’t want to take responsibility for what they did. Caliber Collision claimed it was nothing they did. The part is costly because it was the light assembly for a 2019 Nissan Maxima. I ordered the parts and had a mechanic put the light in. It was not the light. Caliber Collision simply did not want to take responsibility. I finally had someone to fix the part. No one could figure out what they did. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
